As someone who has actually run with African runners (Kenyans and Ethiopians), I can tell you, these guys are INSANELY fast! In a 10 mile race, I stayed with them....for about 30 seconds, at my FULL sprint!😅 They KEPT running at what was MY sprint! The top guys finished in 46 minutes🐎. My time was a little over an hour🐌!😭

I live in china, and I can verify this is true. In general, Chinese people will “cheat” at every opportunity. Driving on the road. Cutting in line at the supermarket. And a contract means nothing to them. They will try to change a contract or just simply break the contract at any moment. As the Klingons would say… they have no honor.
