Is it right to use back button focus for bird photography with Sony camera?
BBF is no more applicable to mirrorless cameras due to the AF technology in them.

Hi Sudhir, Are you using manual mode or any other mode for wildlife shooting?
I generally use aperture priority mode.

Nature photography is a generic term under which we have wildlife, birds, macro, nature landscape etc.

If we go for animal face detection, we cant go for tracking mode.
That's correct for models prior to A9 II. In that case I would recommend to turn off animal face and simply use the tracking for action sequences.
