  • My step dad made 2 of these for my daughter and I for Christmas and we absolutely love them!! I saw this video 6 months ago and loved it so much I sent it to my step dad for Christmas ideas! He told us the process it took, etc and wow it was a lot! So thank you for posting this because this idea is so beautiful and we’ll treasure ours forever. Also, if your still making these you should get the color changing lights with the remote.. you can set a timer, change 20 different colors and more! That’s what is in ours and it’s really neat! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

  • I'm amazed you utilize art the way you do, it's very hard to make a living in the art world, but you did it. You could do interior decorating to high-end uber rich homes. The ones with blue inside w/exterior wood base, it would look really good if you put a black base with the blue resin woven into it somehow and maybe a wash with black and dark green for the green resin ones. It would make the blue and green resin 'Pop' out alot more. I think it would flow together really sweet. Tables and picture frames would be great because they're always a necessity.........

  • I’d love to see a step by step informational about ur mold building, adhesives, non-stick materials ect. I’m doing a table that has no center & I don’t wanna screw it up with a faulty mold. I need it to stick to the wood in the center but it’s going to be an all resin middle. It’s like a hallow table. You the only one I found here doing similar projects to what I’m doing.

  • Every LED light fixture is a piece of art of its own, however I see one big flow in this - when the LED's die or get dead, the light becomes a useless piece until disassembled and put back together with new epoxy and potentially a new wood. So if the wood for lighting is an expensive OAK or else, maybe we should reconsider the investments. I am not yet sure how, but I think such pieces must be planned with a "LED Lights Chamber" which will not be fully filled with the Epoxy and that would allow to build such lamp or decorative desk gadget in 2 pieces that can be joined together nicely while still allowing the chamber of LEDs to be replaced if/when needed. Just my 5 cents as an idea or why not a challenge to the masters of this channel ;)

  • The lamps look great once finished, but they could look even better if your attention to detail was consistent throughout each project, i.e. making sure not to over tighten screws & split the wood, also when using wood stain, make sure all the wood that will be seen gets a coating, even the cracks between the boards. It's simple details like this that will take your work from 'Great' to 'Fantastic'. That said, I really do love your creativity in making these lamps, I particularly love the Horseshoe lamp.

    • @@MichaelJones-nn7my You have misunderstood my comment, I think this guy is really talented and the pieces he makes are really good BUT my point is they could be fantastic if his attention to detail was consistent. A prime example is the blue tap lamp, it's a great piece but it would have been a fabulous piece had he taken the time to check that the wood stain had covered all the wood, even in the cracks between the boards and the screw had not been over tightened and split the wood. I'm a perfectionist, I can't help it, so little things like that really bug me.

  • Love it! Two disappointing notes however. 1. Those LEDs burn out relatively quickly. 2. The water into the cup with no splash was a huge oversight. Keep up the good work
