🗣CP told the staff the other day to make sure they are “touching the players.” What I like about Coach Phillips he been touching, and embracing them. It was captured on this channel last week him embracing the players before the meeting🫶🏾

Coach Phillips is not talking concepts AT them hoping they pick it up, he is talking TO them making sure it's ingrained. BIG DIFFERENCE. Like ppl can listen to you but not hear you. There are levels to this.❤

So glad you shared those content. He may be one of my favorite coaches. We all know how good Travis Hunter is and what his potential us. I know Coach Phillios knows this too, but I love how that doesn't phase him. He doesn't give Travis a pass and is actually coaching him.. which shows how much Coach cares and wants to push him to continue to get even better👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.
