  • Why aren't the EXTENDED highlights showing THAT pass from Le Garrec ??

  • You could see from the moment France took the lead in the 60 minute, Wales seemed to be out of ideas. Not much on offer for them. They hadn't figured out how to beat France at their own game and hadn't figured out how to adapt. In the 2019 RWC Semi Final Gatland had poured all his energies into trying to cancel South Africa's skillset. And yet they still lost because Erasmus wasn't shy about what he had planned. He knew Wales couldn't beat it because it's not just a matter of matching them at their own game but topping it. Here there was no distinct collective from Wales that they had done much work in preparation for this match. And by the 60th minute they were clean out of ideas. That long pass to Josh Adams on the wing when the team was trying to standing still, was probably the easiest read that French winger ever had to decipher. So naturally he timed his run perfectly and flattened Adams just after he collected the ball. What is happening in the Six Nations? I wonder if this past World Cup has deadened everyone. Ireland has shown to be good but it's hard to be poor when you are facing average opposition. When they come to South Africa we will see what they have. France have been poor, Italy have improved, Scotland poor, Wales poor, England poor. Ireland good but not really sure where they stand because of the lack of opposition. Thanks for the highlights tho. Since South Africa has joined the URC I have taken a lot more notice of the Six Nations, the Investec Champions Cup, even the Top 14 and the Gallagher Premiership. Each of these tournaments I like to follow. Last weekend's match between Stormers and Northampton Saints was a nice little show. Stormers taking the game away from Saints in their backyard. I am proud of what our guys have achieved. Keep going Stormers.

    • Oh yes! Are we talking about the rugby team that didn't want to submit to anti-doping controls on time? Are we talking about the rugby team which was greatly helped by the referees to win the 2023 World Cup like that of 1995? this rugby team is a big joke

  • We should stop investing time and passion in Rugby until we are part of the Commonwealth and allowed a vaguely fair refereeing in RWC. I saw Bishop allowing repetitive late tackles until he was hurt or would reac in 91, gold watch Bevan parody of refeering in 95 SF, Joubert allowing a free pass to Kiwis flankers to be off side for the last 30 minutes in 2011 F, Peyper celebrating the red card he gave to France in 2019 with Welsh fans and finally O'Keefe tremendous performances against France not underestimate how he was able to whistle 15 times against the French team pteventing them to get the offensive bonus point so they were firced to put their best team against Italy. IA reviewing his performance against South Africa is also underlying his bias against France. So given this repetitive history France should stop wasting time, efforts and talent in this white Commonwealth Game. Fiji were equally screwed against White Commonwealth teams.
