My favorite Lorne moment is when he offered The Beatles a $3000 check to reunite on SNL. "You can divide it anyway you want. If you want to give Ringo less, that’s up to you." At that very moment, Paul McCartney was visiting John Lennon at the Dakota, they were watching the episode live and for a moment actually considered going over to 30 Rock. Some time later, George Harrison was a musical guest on the show and they did a thing where he was trying to collect the entire check from Lorne.
🤣😂🤣😂🤣, Oh Shit!! How do we see this please? Funny as shit! George trying to collect cash...🤣😂🤣😂🤣
I think that was the same visit where Al Franken told a very drunken George Harrison to shut up while singing and playing piano lmao
Ringo hosted in season 10
There was another time where we saw Lorne and Paul M. talking about the check. It was in the middle of an Alec Baldwin monologue/backstage tour. "I just assumed George would have given you the money." "No, I never even heard from George." "Well I can't be responsible for that. He said that he would take care of the band."
Fun Fact: Lorne Michaels is the creator of SNL and has been nominated 96 times for an Emmy, he is the record holder for the most nominated person in history and has won 20 times. He has discovered so much talent that put together all comedians have combined box office of $50 billion dollars and owe their careers to him.
He's also in the top 3 of conservative trigger champions behind Hillary and dr Fauci.

Pete Davidson is a half rere douche...... and you're an adult who doesnt know 'there' is the noun form,: as in “that place or position” or “that point”. Whereas 'their', which you used, is the possessive form of the third-person plural pronoun “they” and is used to modify a noun. The form "their", indicates ownership, or is used instead of “his or her” in instances where the gender of a person is unknown or irrelevant. I guess we better go over "they're" too, while we're at it. "They're" is a contraction of “they are,” consisting of the third-person plural pronoun “they” and the verb “are.” While class is in, I might as well tell you that "a lot" is two words. No, thats nothing to do with anything here, I just figured it to be something else you didnt know...... Ok, now lets get out there (see that, 'there') and start using "their", "there" and "they're" properly!! You can do it, I believe in you!!!

They will air a clip on Jimmy Fallon then call life even..
Agree. Other than Aidy and Kate farewell skits, I don't remember any skit being better than this last night.
I think a lot of the cut for time skits seem better because they don't have the braindead audiences incessantly cheering over every little thing. But the audience was laughing, so I tried to see what adult life thing they were laughing at. For some reason, I don't remember musicians, until I really got INTO music. I remember the controversial and the epic. MY SNL started in 1990. that's when I was really excited to see the skits and the regular characters. And the actors and musicians that I knew, blowing my mind with their crossovers. There will always be at least 2 new players every season that make us even more excited to tune in.

@@ChintzMusic I read that guys comment and way like... Why oh why are there still so many corrections for things that don't even need correcting called out in KZhead comments? @Erik Zuniga YOU BLEW IT!
I disagree. Although it is a very good line , I think the part of the story I don't like is that little boy gave up looking for Happy after an hour. He didn't put up any signs or nothing, he just sat there like a goon and waited. That little boy has to think " I got a pet, I got a responsibility. " If you dog is lost, you don't look for an hour and call it quits, YOU GET YOUR ASS OUT THERE AND YOU FIND THAT FUCKIN DOG!!!!!
the sandler scream at the end was perfect hahahahaha
Omg thanks for pointing this out. I was wondering why 🤔 💭 😄
I don’t even have words for how great that was. Good for Pete for doing that
This song needs a full version
Love Eminem is showing his comedic side here. He was really funny in Funny People with Adam Sandler.
Eminem was hilarious as well in 'The Interview' with Seth Rogen.
Eminem stays making cameos in SNL skits lmao, I really hope he decides to host one day
Without Ginsburg, Merkel, Hillary, and a few others, Hillary didn't have a lot to work with. Jill Biden keeps such a low profile, and Maya Rudolph does a great Kamala. I was so sad when Ginsburg died, because I was not longer going to see her IRL or on SNL.
That would be cool; Marshall as a host. v
Lorne truly believed in Pete from day one - what a great tribute and send off
Yay! Another great Pete sketch!!!
That's absolutely perfect. When I first saw Pete, I wasn't sure about him either, but Lorne had the right instinct (again), and Pete has come through in stride! And I admire Pete for paying respect to his mentor and his friend Eminem with such an awesome tribute as he leaves the show. He proved himself not only to be a great comedian, but also a class act. Much respect Pete, you'll be missed on SNL.
Class act? Dude objectively didnt give af about any sketch and didnt try to act in a single live skit. Pete did well bc he became famous for his dating life, SNL will be better without this guy
@@juanw8836 He was not hired as a cast member. He was hired as a stand up comedian. That is why he was on Weekend Update segments.
@@chrisdurham1144 false he was a cast member who just came off Wild N Out. He was never just a comedian on WU...
@@juanw8836 I firmly disagree. Pete's off-the-cuff performances had a great impact on the show, and his eminem-parodies and chad-performances alone are already legendary. As for him being a class act, he always acknowledged not being a workhorse, but he would take any jokes about his persona that would benefit the show, he was authentic throughout his time on SNL and gave credit where credit was due. His lovelife happened to be picked up by the media, but that was nothing he had calculated or aggressively exploited. In short, despite him being a drug-fueled, semi-reliable Jersey-party-animal, I consider him to be an honest and respectful person.
@@juanw8836 I find him funny as fuck. Love him on SNL.
Every once in awhile, like this time, SNL really hits the mark.
BIG emptiness. On Saturday nights, I know who I look for on this show. And two of them r leaving. The other two complete the set. Not to say that the other cast members and the rising stars won't be as good, maybe even shine better. But it's too much politics and unfunny. I'm old enough to get the more mature, fainting couch skits, because of Carol Burnett. I also love the newer musicians and the crossovers. AIDY and Cecily r like Tina and Amy were. They KNOW each other. Kate can work with anyone. Pete was my younger self. I GOT when he was Em. Like that was the CD bumpin' on 🔁. There have been some classics in this group. Heidi is actually more talented than I thought at first, far more range. And Ego, she can be 29 and 89 and she rocks it.
@@JNMKlover Totally awesome analysis. Your opinion matters.
People consistently say this about many SNL sketches being uniquely good, so I find that amusing.
this skit didn't make me laugh once. It was too milquetoast
Nah i skipped to the Eminem part, the rest was so bad
MP3 converted + track added to snowboard playlist = hella love & respect from the Yay Area to Pete, Lorne and above all Eminem.
Bravo! This was great! 😂🤣 Comedy evolves and behind the scenes, Lorne stays on top.
And Eminem at the end was the cherry on top 🤣
Em’s cameo at the end and Pete’s “Well Lorne, YOU BLEW IT!”, took this from a 7 to a 12.
Yeah, surprise Adam Sandler reference! Totally didn't expect that.
"Yh I would just stop.." got me🤣🤣
When Pete said “you blew it” I swear it was like he turned into Adam Sandler
The fact they chose an EMINEM song to tribute Lorne and other cast members says A LOT
Well.,. It's not likely he'd use a Kanye song.
It's actually a Dr Dre song lol
@@elijahwhipple8031 technically, yes. But, Em wrote Dres verses
Does it? It was fitting, and kind of the obvious way to go. Pete's look and voice are perfect for Eminem, and Eminem's music videos are always so over the top, they just fit right in with SNL. So glad they did this, my favorite Pete sketches were always his Eminem songs. I was worried that there might not be any more. This was just perfect, the only thing that could improve it would be if Eminem actually jumped in to school Pete on sending everyone off right, and paying respect to Lorne. Lorne and Pete are so similar to Dre and Em, having both involved would've been too good to be true

That was so funny. You will be missed at SNL Pete, but you will still have a bright future with your massive talent.
Yeah I wish him the best too and he'll be missed but massive talent....nah
Stay on the meds, stay off the drugs. Then he's got it. 🤔
kzhead.info/sun/Y8qCmpZ9eKyCZK8/bejne.html Its finally here
@@concrete490 That was the thing about him. He worked well on skits that catered to him, even though it should be the other way around. I liked him ever since he first appeared but I’d call it a stretch to say he was one of the best cast members.
@@concrete490 massive charm
Love it. Also the Adam Sandler “YOU BLEW IT!” quote at the end.
Lorne is a LEGEND!
