  • ive said it before and will again you do nice work sir! watching the teardown and reassembly of this 2 cyl ohv 4 stroke all i can really think of is the engineer worked too hard so many bearings shafts and chains to fail and wear just on the timing side of things a trip to the russian design beauro might be in order for theese guys lol .thanks for the video

    • I did this with a 4 cylinder kz650 motor, it’s not too difficult I had zero experience and no manual but I did have ambition and the internet/KZhead

  • Decent video but I would like to advise You to use torque wrench when tightening camshaft caps/journals as torque is a part of overall clearence for cams. Otherwise the may wear out to soon or you can loose some oil pressure.
