Honestly, this United squad wasn't ready for his passes last season. These passes are overwhelming. Let's hope they make the most of these passes and assists.

I’m ashamed to say that after all these years of watching football, I never noticed how good Ronaldo is at playmaking. I’ve mostly just watched his goalscoring and dribbling but now I realize that his playmaking is massively underrated. I counted at least around 30 actions, initiated by Ronaldo, were he could have scored/assisted/initiated the goal. There are around 35-36 actions but some are suite difficult it's true. Still, with decent partners, there would be here 30 more goals for the team, around 25 G/A more for Ronaldo. 52 G/A only for club, it's good right ? Instead of 27. Especially when you play EPL. Adding those 30 goals, United would have something like 30 more points (a goal can add 0 point, or 1, or 2 if it leads to a victory) Well, they should have been in the top 3 just behind City and Liverpool, but thé players are not good enought... Shame Benzema, by the way, has around 60 G/A. Playing laliga. So Ronaldo is close to a ballon d'or level. Such a shame his teammates are so bad...

I think CR7 is a key player and need to be the captain or De Gea. You see Bruno misses lots of chances. Elanga need to learn more but he is talented. The midfield lacks a lot. This team need at least 2 defenders, two midfielders and two good finishers in addition to CR7. De Jong would do a wonderful job. He is good with the ball but his deal looks unlikely.

What the english media and others seem to not understand is this: Cristiano Ronaldo has evolved over the years, he is more precisse, he is less showboaty, and much more efficient goalscorer with doing better work than any other striker or even midfielders. He is not the problem, the problem is that all these young players don't know what to do anymore. Out of these clips you can see clear chances where the players should've scored or capitalise over CR7 passes but didn't. You don't see that with good players. The whole squad needs a clean up with emphasis on who actually is professional quality over preference.

Thanks for this video! I've watched all an United's matches and this does justice for the work Ronaldo has put in. Even having 24 goals, people underate his performance for some reason... If Bruno Fernandes didn't do such an horrible season he would've putted, at least, 5 of those goals Ronaldo basically handed to him lol P.S: Video shows how wrong haters are when they say he sits oin the box for tap ins. BTW on the last match he played, that friendly, i noticed he was even faster than in last season games. Idk if it was just me but i noticed he managed to improve even more.
