Hello everyone, this is a brief look at the unique woohoo locations through Sims 2, Sims 3 and Sims 4 so far, all expansions included, I hear there's an upcoming ghost pack coming to Sims 4, but it's a stuff pack so I guess it's not gonna have any woohoo locations, if it does, then the 2020 in the title will make even more sense lol. I was planning to get this video out before the end of 2020 but life happens, hope your holidays were good, as good as they can get given the times anyways.
So yeahh, these videos are a bit different, the voting isn't as important here since everything here is meant to be different, I'll just have to say, when I started my first woohoo video there were very few locations for Sims 4, and now it's giving Sims 3, the one with the most woohoo spots, a good competition. I'm a little bothered that it seems like they get new locations based on which animations they can reuse but it's ultimately better than nothing, in my opinion anyways.

The sims 3 has had the most loving of the devs if you ask me. So many little extra's, so many things to do, so many secrets to find, ect. Even after playing it for years I still can't say I've done and found everything there's in the game.

There is way more to say about this than I thought there would... Sims 3 developers went REALLY creative with these... As if woohoo through time and space wasn't wild enough, the fact you can have a child and leave them in time is insane... the scene of her coming in through the time machine was actually creepy and scary before I realized what it was... The underwater cave worries me as a woohoo spot considering it seems to have tentacles... then there's banging in the SKY (Sarah J Maas who) and the poor guy driving the gondola having to just... wait and watch...I hope he gets well paid. Also, imagine being a child in the future, going into your parent's bedroom, and you can't SEE them but you can see the bed showing the hearts on the "blanket" and you just KNOW... yikes
The tenticle thing may sound more 'interesting' to some people though - confirmed by my friend when i told him about it
yeah i had the sims 3 pets and just travelling in time (not whoohooing) got me a kid... that shit is crazy. once the kid just arrived to the house like someone that visits you. and once the kid was older than my sim! came as an elder!
I had The Sims 3, but not Into The Future, that detail was INSANE. I’m rarely shocked at comparison videos but that did it.

itaYATI I know that you can with mods (you can do just about anything with mods) but in the vanilla game teens aren’t given the ability to woohoo. That’s one of the few things Sims 4 added for teens.

WW has even affected the way I build my houses; I place objects in such a way as to not obstruct the animations (it kinda kills the mood if the sims clip through a wall), and try to place as big a variety of locations as possible to maximize woohooability of my houses and lots. I like to give my sims options :')

my favourite things about sim series: sims 1 : magic and creepy songs lol sims 2 : little details and interactives sims 3 : life states and festivals (I wished it wasn't laggy) sims 4 : cas and buildmode
Where do sims keep all the pyrotechnics when they woohoo is my big question.

@@TheRedPlumbob But Woohoo wasn't in the game until Sims 2, so, one can argue as Woohoo spot igloos are unique in Sims 3, just like the hot spring is unique Woohoo spot in Sims 4, even though it was present in Sims 2: Bon Voyage, but did not serve as Woohoo spot there.

Just a heads-up for Sims 4 coffin woohoo: Only the vampire can initiate it, and if one of their traits is "good", it won't let you initiate it, saying "good sims don't want to coffin woohoo".

I think you missed one. In Sims 3 Showtime you can unlock the Professional Actor Trailer career reward if you reach level 10 of the acting branch in the film career. It's an item that will appear in your family's inventory which can then be placed on your lot and become a rabbit hole. Your sims can sleep inside it and woohoo, but in doing so they might get caught by the paparazzi.

As someone who didn't have two vampires in one family yet, I am absolutely IN LOVE with the bat woohoo sound! And the fact they leave in their vampiric form
If you try for baby as a bat, there's a chance the baby will automatically have the "bat form" ability when they're born! And with the coffins, if you try to convince a human Sim to woohoo in a coffin there's a chance they'll get creeped out and refuse XD
I really love the helicopters in the Sims 2. I wish they were in Sims 3.

I've noticed sometimes when I do the woohoos in the Sims 4, the music does not play. This happened when I did the hot springs woohoo from Snowy Escape last night.

@@TheRedPlumbob Good idea. Sometimes the music mixes up. When a vampire sim dies from sun exposer, the music that plays isn't the one meant for that death, but for when regular sims die from fires.

If you happen to have a couple of sims who are rather high in the rock climbing skill, you can go into the plan event tab on a phone and select the option to do a mountain excursion event. It will be increasingly difficult, but your sims can (mostly) handle it. Somewhere near the top of the summit, there is a bat cave and your sims can either explore it or (if your sim is traveling with a significant other) "woo-hoo" with said significant other.
The laziness to come in the Sims 4 started to show in some spots and other action with so much potential from the sims 3

I just wish we had some of the snuggle animations we had in older games -- remember when Sims 2 Sims would cuddle sometimes? Meh.
I can't get it - TS4 has a lot woohoo spots but Sims can't make out standing and have just few type of kissing...?! I really miss the kissing options in TS2... 😍

My biggest Sims 4 pet peeve is how they recycle everything they can, clothing, animations, meshes, etc. The team is supposed to be bigger now so something's up.
This may seem harsh, but I feel the devs are given a lot more slack by the community relative to EA. I mean the constant recycling of everything from animations to mesh is just lazy and if they have the budget to do all of this extra crap on the side (like Spark’d and that disgusting commercial with the girl dumping chips into the tub while vigorously brushing her teeth in a bathtub wearing a mermaid costume) then you can’t tell me they don’t have the budget to flesh out packs, add animations and give them some flavor. My honest opinion is that the new devs simply don’t have the talent or skill set to do what they’re doing or more likely, the team as a whole has simply lost their passion for the franchise.
In TS2, you can woohoo in the sauna and the wall closet as well! Edit: photobooth too!

I can play Sims 3 for hours and days, but I had Sims 4 on my computer for one day and uninstalled it. It's boring and you can't do shit without buying additional stuff. And it takes a lot of place for just one game. So yeah, Sims 3 definitely wins. A lot more gameplay, without spending more money you can still play the base game and have a lot of fun, while Sims 4 is just one, boring loading screen.
