I agree with you about a lot of trends coming from Japan, but my friends and I where drifting as far back as the late 70s. We didn't call it drifting, we called power sliding. I was wondering how they did that look. I thought there was a second inner lip for the bead. I like it, but I can't imagine that passing an inspection.

hi, i live in the caribbean, if i do this will the temperature effect these tires anyhow? its always 28 degrees and up here, and are they suited for roads with alot of corners? positive responses will be greatly appreciated.
Its Yokohama yes 100 tyre it's best sports tyre in the world and I am loving this tyre

It's not that there are countless accidents due to stretched tires, but it's the fact that there is an extreme potential for danger with a setup like this. People that have stretched tires on their cars are walking a dangerous line, and put not only themselves in danger but innocent drivers around them.

I love stretched tires but those wheels are still too wide. You can still see about an inch of barrel on each side.
