Thumbs up to this man! My fuse was burnt too. replaced it with new 15amp mini fuse and now my horn works!!! u made my day!
Thank you kindly as now my horn works again! Would’ve been nice to see you replacing the interior panelling tho as I am currently struggling with the piece that runs along the door frame
Thanks mate, your short instruction was very usefully. My horn didn’t work anymore, I replaced the Blue 15amp fuse and the horn is working again 👍🏻. Getting back in place the plastic doorstep cover was however a pain to do 😬

Thanks a Zillion! 😎 The ONLY video I found that shows how to get to the fuse location in the passenger side door for BMW F30... I removed the panels and couldn't see any fuses until I saw your video and releaslised I have to remove the plastic first 🤣 thanks man! All the best...

Hey, i had dead one of two horns in my F21. But there still was no sound when i was pushing steering wheel. Then i saw that video, i checked my fuse, it was burnt, so i replaced it. Now everythink works !!!

For last few weeks I looking fuse palce . BMW service says , that I have to exchange low horn ( that was not good diagnose) . Driving with out horny in my country is terrible.
Did not work for me, horn still doesn't work. Fuse was good, I also swapped it with another 15 amp fuse to be certain.

I just did that on my 2018 model, and there was no fuse there + no slot for it? where is it locatedo n 2018 version.

@@amirdziri4313 haha I'm really glad you were able to fix it. After I did a lot of research I thought that on the F32 it is in the same place, so I said "yes" in my comment to you. After my comment, I checked my own fuse box and it was not there!! It was just empty and it's not possible to stick a fuse in there, it has no connectors. After some more research I found out that 2015+ F32 don't have a horn fuse anymore :(( so yours must be 2013, 2014? Mine is 2015

F30 LCI's don't use a fuse for the horn, apparently. If the horn breaks you have to replace the horn itself (or both of them). Unfortunately I figured this out after I took all the panels off, so now I'm struggling to put them back in

Took a look for this fuse on our 2012 rhd f30 and found there were no fuses in the whole module!!!! Everything seems to work though - apart from the horn. Wierd! Looks like a job for an electrical bloke... PS getting the door lower trim panel back on is a nightmare.....

Hey there, i do have issue with my horn.. it doesnt work properly.. once in a time it seem to work... i'll have a look to that in my car too. it's the same for the bmw f20?
The fuse box should be in the same place for f20. Please post a comment if you check, it might be useful for others in the future. Thanks
MGT - Max Games Tech i’ve just checked, the fuse box location is the same, the fuse regarding the horn was not damaged but I’ve changed it anyway but horn is not fixed. Guess problem is coming from the steering wheel column unity. Thanks for the tip tho ;)
@@musa4f5 have you fixed it ? i have the same problem, it works sometimes but i haven't changed the fuse yet.
Cristian Posea yup fixed it. It had nothing to do with the fuses. When I removed the airbag I noticed some wire not very well connected. Once everything connected I put the airbag back to test. And everything was working perfectly. Hope it helps for you
Your problem was probably clockspring.
Any way to fix my brake lamp and blinker right side not working . Try to replace bulb with another kind. There was a short. Check wires fuses burnouts. Nothing. Move the whole tail light assembly to right side works.. help!!
Brooo please tell me know if you got urs fix i change the socket and the whole wire converter and a new bulb and my braking light are still not on when i brake and is on the left side my blinkers work now 🤦🏻♂️.pleasee let me know

Managed to get to that fuse box. Surprise, no blue fuse. I place a new one in empty space but horn still doesn't work. My car came back from BMW recall and horn doesn't work since then. BMW asks £85 only to diagnose the problem.
Same here. What did you do in the end? My horn works but intermittent. Maybe a different issue?
Was your recall for the steering rack and bolts? I think one of my horns died after that.

@@mohammedt511 took the car to car electrician specialist. Problem fixed for £50. He said the fuse under bonnet was gone plus horn itself needed replacing. After 7 months the horn stopped working again. Part exchanged the car now.
Replacing fuses does not fix the reason why they have blown.
1:02 You say to use a screwdriver in there, but whatever screw is in there is NOT a regular screw. A flat or a philips screwdriver will not work there. What is the correct screwdriver to use there?
