Wow! I’ve seen animals being mistreated before, but what those horrible people did to this poor dog, gives the word “cruel” a whole new meaning… that’s beyond despicable! I am so damn elated that you saved him, but at the same time, what if anything happened to the people who did this to him. My guess is not a damn thing, people talk about saving defenseless and abused animals so high and mighty, but most generally don't hold the evil people accountable.
