He looks at him like a proud father
This proves even though you're a criminal, if you have a brain you can beat the system.
Actually, it proves the opposite. He didn't beat the system, he just put off his capture and shortened his sentence. You should watch Frank telling his true story. It's captivating.
LilDP I meant by beating the system in a different way. He's supposed to be looked down upon by society since he's a "criminal" especially that he's a con man. But he's managed to make himself looked as an inspiration to the common man. Because even though it's corny, you would think a criminal like this would just spend his life in jail not helping the gov't. But hey that's life.
no because you have no brain. and it shows you can't beat the system.
I believe probation is more important than punishment in modern prison system.
its a movie it doesn't prove anything because it is fiction
Best job interview video I’ve EVER seen.
a good movie
@Lil Boat an excellent movie
Best
When you use your super powers for good. That smug look of proudness Hanks has here is great.
2:26 this is the perfect "see, I told you so" face xD
I'd like to be an actor and only have to do these scenes like Tom Hanks in this one lol. Just look smug for 90 seconds during the slow zoom, and then raise your hand. Love this scene.
Dude broke down his fake check in 0.2 seconds before it fully came out the envelope.
Right lol
Well, hanks could just let this young man riot in prison. Its not about the work, hanks sympathise leon and just wants to redeem his friend. Fbi is a government job, he does not need to drag leon out to work with him, and all those custody bullshits, it aint worth doing them if it isn’t for your friend. Leon isnt born as a bad person, given a good chance, he could be a decent person again. Hanks believes in it, and trusts leon.... thats what makes this movie so great
Excellent movie I love movies that are based on true incidences. This was one of the best ones excellently written directed and executed by the actors two thumbs up.👍🏻👍🏻
What I got from this is that Frank can't believe the incredible detail that is needed to figure things out.
The Scene of the Movie !!!!
Corey Burns I think this one is where they first actually meet is. kzhead.info/sun/mKeQhZeZa3-epIE/bejne.html but also agree this is a very close second along with the scene in France when Carl finally catches Frank. X
YES YE SIT IS THIS SCENE IS FORM THE MOVIE NOW WHATS UR POINT? HMMM`?"NIMIGUGFGWQRUIRHNJMGIOPR
god damnit, now I have to watch this again.
Honestly I thought Frank was gonna some how switch places with someone and just bullshit his way out of prison 😂😆
Notwithstanding that he'll easily get caught and sent back to prison, real life Frank told his story that he was young and naive to just test his limits. By the time he grew up, he was over all that, could not bring himself to be so foolish.
God, I love this movie :)
the proud look on tom hanks face when he knows they've found a prodigy.
0:40 nice touch with flash as in barry allen when they first met lol
favourite scene....
This is the best scene of the movie.
A word of advice for any criminal: Don't get involved with Violent crimes, and be really *really* good at whatever it is you do. There's loads of former criminals consulting for law enforcement because they were so good at what they did that the government wanted them working for them.
some pretty nice stamps there
I understand that DB Cooper didn’t go missing after his heist, but rather was employed through the FBI as an employee exactly the same as in this movie. It was around the same time frame as this movie is based on. Just what I heard, I can’t prove this
My favorite movie
Barry Allen=Flash Comics
I haven't seen this movie in 17 years!
the look at Tom Hanks...damn he's proud
Good movie
He was a smart guy
He bought comic book one of those is FLASH Leo actually told his name BARRY ALLEN when they both meet in hotel room.
I always love the sniff test
Love this movie #genius
Watching " Operation Bernhard (Nazi Forgery Documentary) | Timeline " reminded me of this
Frank said it's a teller at the bank, but would a bank teller really be able to pull it off? Or are the refering to this person frauding other banks rather then the bank that he/she was working in?
In real life the FBI agent and abaganle only met twice. The movie completely misrepresented their supposed relationship
The FBI have the power to get him out of prison
He got him a flash comic book. Jesus Christ Carl he’s already dead no need to rub it in
Tom Hanks looking like a proud dad
FBI hire hacker like that
And just like that, *The Departed* was born.
How could that 1080p ?
Just realized it. He got The Flash for him. Barry. Barry Allen, secret service
The bottom of the story is change one's evil genius into genius ...
🙌
Tom face is the best kkkk
Overrated

Kkk
That guy starred in XFILES!
im off to peru and sud america
the real life neal caffrey
2:06-2:28- The slow zoom-in to Handratty's face. Brilliant acting from Hanks without saying a word.
This feels like a scene out of White Collar
Then, he quits the FBI job and changes his name to Jordan Belfort, recruits motherfucking team to build a bad ass company.
White Collar was based off Frank Abagnale Jr.'s story. The real life Neal Caffrey and Peter Burke!
This was definitely the inspiration for White Collar.
That face he made looks like Woody 😆😆😆✌️!!

The people who know their stuff...
So did he still get paid even if he was still under sentence at that time?
I imagine they gave him a place to stay and little allowance for food and stuff. I mean they don't really have to give him legit pay since they got him out of prison under the condition that he works for the FBI. If he doesn't want to work, he goes back to prison. Not too many options to argue for higher pay at that point lol
even if they didn't give him full pay he was out of prison I'd take the job
I hate everything about this movie in regards to the sexual scenes; However the scenes that involve individuals being passionate towards one another is one of my favorites. Thank goodness for the fast forward button :-)
2020: Catch Ghislaine Maxwell If You Can
Now i get his fake name barry Allen aka the flash.
Great movie! I love the combination of Tom Hanks and Leo D.C
Lol this is just like the White Collar TV series
White collar copied CMIYC.
No ahhhh yes yes... those dirtbags! Good show though
He starts working for the government
Proof that Frank was a true psychopath: in the end he became a rat.
He ran circles around the FBI guys head lol
Lol, no. Abignale never did any of the things he claimed to have done. He was a pathological liar. All of his claims have been debunked.
Flash comics. Because he told him his name was Barry Allen.
I heared the real frank abegnale has a little role in this movie as a police officer is this true ?😂
who is wonder how they put on the federal prison or even a different country as being a minor welcome in this offense . 16-17 i don't understand how they in the us so that i love in the been a prisoner not try to message you but right within a dog i'm so confused
Say again
If anybody cares that is Flash #179
How smart of criminal do you have to be where the fbi gives you a job lmaooo
Im bëttëR thåñ a 007...Im G🖤D child...✨💟💌💟✨
Tom Hanks is great
Neal Caffrey and Peter Burke before they are cool 👀
I know a guy ... Who is not a lawyer but attends the courts, he enjoys the best official protocols in the world as a foreign dignatory.. he attends tv talk shows as a political ... legal expert.... he could be a new story for a film
Azan khan who is the guy
Jim Cornette is excellent in this movie.
What?
Hat is inspired from indiana jones
About the teller at the bank, does this fraudster have a fake check in his/her blazer pocket and then just cash it in for themselves ?
I'd have Leo looking at Hillary's emails.
Let the creep rot in prison, I bet he never paid back restitution for real.
Dude. Why?
Frank's entire story is fake .@@parkthepenguin6344
Is he getting paid for working for the fbi
Not a dime, though apparently it gave him the idea to set up his own security consultancy.
@@DvDMADNo1 He'll have received a stipend at the very least.
