    • Because mammal infants are reliant on their parents and can’t actually pose a danger to others until they mature a bit. Bird infants can be lethally aggressive to competitors, insect larvae are predatory from hatching and fish fry eat each other, sometimes even when still in the ‘womb’

  • I've bottle fed several orphan kittens out, and fostered them til they could be adopted...in addition with having some of them that were my own. One of the things I absolutely *love* about kittens is that no matter the disparity in size btwn you and them, the greater in size *you* are, the more that kitten thinks he or she could *totally* take you, lol. I miss having those little spitfires around.

    • Cats come into this world blind and deaf and STILL think they can fight everything around them. Then once they can see and hear, they actively TRY to fight everything around them. I love them.

  • This is actually a positive thing, it's honestly really good for both cats and dogs to be introduced to each other at a young age so that way they don't grow up afraid of each other this is a great way to allow both cats and dogs to get along properly
