  • Great job. Exactly the same as mine, but with router set in the outfeed table section. I've had mine for 6 years in a shop slightly bigger than yours and I'm now fed up of it being in the way and having to roll it round to do anything. I'm going to split it into two smaller units that can be joined if needed and stored against a wall. Also you may find you need to remove the pipe from the saw outlet as they block now and again even with extraction and especially if you forget to switch extraction on.

  • This is the precise table I was looking for for my bench top saw. Great video with the simplicity of the build. Any chance of posting the plan/ cut list? Looks like you are not a big fan of pocket hole jigs - based on some of the screws that are driven at an angle. I like this since you keep the tools used to a minimum and it does the job.

  • You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice kzhead.infoUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

  • as a contractor, I have 2 different table saws now but no 'shop saw'. Will be making a similar rolling table for the older table saw now to leave as a 'shop saw' and multi use table. Great idea with the dust collection. I think I'll use a wet dry vac instead with an auto switch for sawdust instead.
