I used to have a male cat that looked exactly like your cat in the video but sadly, my 6 year old neutered Blackie disappeared and never returned back home. Lol! We have a cat exactly like yours. His name is Ozzy and he also loved hair ties. My sister and I shoot the hair tie like a rubber band aiming to the ceiling so it can ricochet and land in different spots. Sometime it would get stuck on the ceiling and he would stare at it until it comes down on its own. So funny!!
