i did mention as much on the first order, I complained that the player base couldn't figure it out , not so much anymore and haven't mentioned it since. Everyone playing a bit better than before so the difference is much larger.
No, I'm sorry, we pay and we have the right to ask for more. The game idea is very promising, but the contents are not that many.

@@WonderfulTrendsthere is quite a plethora of new content already considering the fact that the dev team is 100 people, and have had most of their time taken up by fruitless attempts to fix the server situation and constant crashing due to that, and many other bugs, give them time, you have paid 40 dollars for the game, 30 less than most games nowadays, with more content updates than most games nowadays, also with a dev team that actually appears to care and communicate with us, take a step back and try to see these details and view the situation in it’s entirety, things are often much more complex than they appear, stop acting like a toddler throwing a fit when they haven’t gotten what they want, just enjoy the content in the game and chill the fuck out, if it’s so serious than just take a break from the game and go play something else, either way, you have no right to sit here and whine and beg for more content, especially when you’ve got confirmed updates, all you have to do is be patient

As someone who is used to devs not patching or updating for months on end, it's refreshing to have such proactive devs especially ones that communicate with the player base on the regular. LET EM COOK!

Honestly the company has done a really good job keeping up with this game. I think saying that they have been playing catchball since the start is a understatement, rather its like they have been running after a train and now the train has slowed down and they are gaining in on it 🌍🌎🌏
Me and my friends always try to play the general order first...but after completing 2 or even 3 missions (6 to 9 deployments), we often change the enemies because we're feeling like it's boring to fight the same enemie type all the time (Playing on difficulty 7 to 9). We'll take the risk and just because the general order got highest priority, doesn't mean we can let the enemy do what they want on the other front.
The balls on that dude to be like "hey c'mon hire more ppl"... Like who are you dude? Let them run their business, making games is really really hard. Who are you to tell them how? (not you Cloud, the dude who made the comment to the dev) 🌎

@@ashaman011The thing is, although it being a live service game does imply you will get that kind of support, The devs have been pretty clear about their methods, they don't give a road map, they have no promised dates aside from the monthly war bonds, which they have been keeping up with so far. Certain updates may have taken longer than the player base might want, but the devs have demonstrated that they are working on these things, they aren't just taking the money and running like some devs.
They definitely were not expecting this game to be as big as it ended up being.
@@ashaman011 No. He "Paid" for a product. He isn't paying unless he keeps buying Warbonds. You pay a Fast Food place once and get a meal. You don't pay once and expect an all you can eat buffet. All that the Dev's are doing is a nice dessert and hoping to keep people engaged and bring in more people. Please don't be an entitled Karen/Kevin.
As a software developer myself, people who uses the apps think that people behind it is just chilling out, the thing with software development is that you can't just implement anything on a whim you have to plan it out properly, implement the changes properly, test it out on every possible scenario to ensure that it is in the best condition as possible, AH studios definitely doing those things which I think is great, there are things that are left out but still giving us constant updates and everything else regarding the current issues is a huge plus already. 🌎

There is one bug where pelican 1 falls underground and you can't extract sempals. Very frustrating when you farm sampals and can't extract them.

They need to start with optimizations and upscaling bruh… they even out a poll out like last week or something almost majority wanted that
Yup. I feel this is where the issue lies when people were waiting on the updates. A good chunk of the players wanted bug fixes even at the cost of not getting a warbond or new items, especially considering the long laundry list of known and acknowledged bugs, not to mention the (community) known but (dev) ignored bugs. I know they don't want to lose steam so it's definitely a tough balancing act.
@@silvercow7i think this is why the update is taking a bit longer is they’re trying to finally completely fix these issues that have kept popping up, and also getting all the new employees in the loop and squared away is a process that has probably been consistently taking huge bites out of their schedules, trying to get these employees in the process and create new teams and processes to deal with certain things. as twinbeard alluded to bringing a bunch of new people like that into a dev team is a big deal, you can’t just hire hundreds of people and start operating it all at 100% proficiency
@@silvercow7 honestly I think if they worked on upscaling and fixes it opens up the door to a lot more players cuz the handheld market is huge and the game runs ass on them but ppl still willing to play, I kinda stopped playing for a lil while cuz I was baffled that a 3080 and a 13700k went from 90 frames to 60 frames after a single patch a couple of months ago. But I do get their idea of focusing on content

Completely agree with the statement at around 7:30 min. Let people play whatever they want. The constant nagging about the fact that people are working on something else than the MO is annoying. You paid your 40$ and other paid their 40$, they can decide how they want to spend their time. You don't have to tell the community what they can or can't do.
I agree with the sentiment, but if things were to remain as they are, only the people who doesnt care of the galactic war and just want to get in and kill are the ones who get what they want. What I mean is, the ppl who care about the war dont affect those that dont care, because those that dont care dont read discord or reddit for anything related to this matter. On the other hand, since the number of players determines the amount of liberation per operation you make, those that care about the war are going to get frustrated.

People wouldn't be complaining about the bugdivers if they weren't consistently not pulling their weight in the bot MOs while botdivers actually go and do bug MOs. We literally lost the FOB because the blob of bugdivers would rather go invade Oshaune instead of shoring up the defence on a defence mission MO.

I mean by that logic sounds like the bot divers are the ones not pulling their weight bug divers can defend 2 planets and liberate 1 and bot divers can’t defend even just 1?
@@deathcall12345the issue is that the majority only want to fight bugs. When more than half the player base is fighting bugs, they suck up the liberation rate for those planets. If 100k people are fighting bugs and 50k are fighting bots, there isn’t enough liberation rate for the bots to do anything. We have lost multiple defense campaigns, including one where all we had to do was liberate 10% of a planet, because there was a huge group fighting bugs. There is a galactic-scale liberation rate that then gets split between the planets based on how many people are on that planet. If 100k people fight bugs, the people fighting bots can’t do anything useful.
I personally like bots more than bugs but I guess I’m in the minority 🎉
The old Railgun glitch against chargers does still work. One shot with the quasar cannon, one shot with the Eruptor to one leg kills it.

if they broke their agile development cycle, that means it's serious, as someone who was training to be in software dev, I can say, something's up and it's likely a mix of the time it takes to bring on new staff and then using their increased manpower to get whatever they're working on, closer to release.

To the level 61 who literally carried me through my first extreme difficulty mission. You are an absolute professional. Learned so much in so little time, I thought I was good at the game until I met this guy… democracy was strong with this one. So patient with me running and gunning at first. Gave me advice while constantly getting me out of tight spots I put myself in. Changing up my whole play style after playing with this true Helldiver

I played for three hours yesterday with no crashes 🙌🏻
Hopefully people become more understanding, I've had some bugs sure but not very often. More recently just falling through the map but a reinforcement usually fixes that, probably had about 3 crashes over the few weeks I've been playing which isn't bad. Love the game so far, can't wait to see it's development over the next few months

What about a new stratagem to distract and draw the enemy away from tactical areas. Maybe in the form of a grenade or a beacon? I was watching a game were a squad spent 15 minutes just trying to clear the area spawns are a little to heavy sometimes. Just a thought.

I think that the reason the patch hasnt come out is because as they state 'they now have a bigger team' and in previous updates from a number of these kind of yt channels the OG team were reluctant as these people would need to be caught up on the whole code and everything, they may be teaching the new staff what kind of stuff happens.
They need to fix the explosions pulling you IN instead of blowing you OUT. Turns out a lot of people notice it with their eruptors and auto cannons and think it was just them. At this rate I'd rather have it fixed than even the crashing. Cuz the crashes and game falling out with no notifications, though terrible as they are, something that happens sometimes. The bad explosions sucking you in instead of blowing you back from certain weapons is EVERY time. It just feels terrible, and takes a mechanic that could once give you breathing room, now just pull you harder into the bad situation.
Yea it’s definitely annoying but as of right now I kind of enjoy it. When I get meshed into a body I use it to pull me out sometimes.
heres hoping that they dont get killed by the growth, I have seen a couple studios grow only to be offed by the costs a larger team entails.

I just want to fight a new faction. Having 3 fronts to choose from and new mission types would really intice me to play more. (Also please fix the sight on the AMR, i know im missing weak points at distance because of it.)

Every time you finish a defense mission, the liberation contribution metric screen comes up. i think it should be updated with a defense contribution metric rather
