500g flour 00
25g yeast for bread
50ml olive oil
warm water
1 tsp salt
Tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
vegetables to taste

  • I made it! Second time making pizza in my life. It was amazing but I overburned the crust :( Couldn't decide when to stop baking and was afraid it will not bake enough. Next time I'll do better! A great and easy recipe! Thank you.

    • How much yeast you put ? Its to much in recipies. Normally is 10 mg. Thanks

    • @@Elif-rh7rf I put the same amount. As I understand it's that much so as to make the dough raise faster. I like this approach. In my case where it was warm outside, the dough rose by the minute. So I don't mind putting so much yeast. You can definitely put as much as you think is enough or necessary.

  • Przepis perfekcyjny👌🥇👑 ciasto przepyszne, bardzo dobrze sie wyrabia i jak uroslo i to bez cukru bylem w szoku. Pizza wyszla o niebo lepsza niz w lokalu. Serdecznie polecam, autor ma duze pojecie o tym co robi. Pozdrawiam

  • Troppo lievito, ne bastano 10 gr lievitazione: una notte in frigo. Al mattino fuori dal frigo riposo temperatura ambiente x 2 ore. Stendere la pasta in teglia e lievitare ancora 2 ore. Condire, in forno 220 gradi x 15 minuti circa.

  • Pizza dough looks awesome, but I would definitely use some oregano, garlic, onions or other herbs & spices in the tomato sauce. Otherwise it'll be missing a lot of flavour
