Ingredients:
Dough:
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of sugar
- 80 milliliters of vegetable oil
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 300-320 grams of flour
Filling:
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
Glaze:
- 1 egg white
- 80 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35-40 minutes.
