Another Friday another melt🔥 . And How are alI you awesome people today? Great i hope. Now I recently received all these tea light candles from a friend who suggested i melt them so i thought why not as I've never seen these ever melted before. After the Tea light melt down I felt i needed more metal so i made 5 nice big Pirate Coins from scrap Copper Brass & Solder. Sit back and enjoy todays video and see you all next week for my usual Friday video. I have over 300 vids now so check em out when you have some spare time.
My merchandise was massively over priced for some reason, I have since rectified that I have no idea who set those prices. And if you want an Additional 10% discount just use code word SUMMER21 in my Merch store Offer valid 5/27/21 - 6/1/21. If you don’t want the Merch but still want to support the channel Simply donate some of your time to help support the channel just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.

  • Hey guys how are you all this week great I’m hoping? super simple meltdown today with a whole heap of tea light candles from my friend, but that wasn’t quite enough for me so I also did 5 large copper brass solder alloy coins. I hope you enjoy the video and I’ll see you all next Friday take care BSafe😁👋🏻🐾🐾

  • A tip for you Bigstackd- When you are making a sand mold, and you need to pick up the 3d printed coins out of the mold, then it can ruin the mold many times if you pick it up by screw drivers and hand. I recommend to stick something on its back with hot glue and then pick the 3d printed coin out, by holding the thing which is stuck on it with hot glue. This way, the sand doesn't move and your mold doesn't get ruined. Hope this helped....

  • A nice tip for the candles. If you can, soak the wicks completely through with the wax, let them dry, then thread them through and reapply wax to the ends sitting out. I'm sure you did, I just learned the hard way lol.
