    • @@pdexMusic Ive had the tribit stormbox blast and the BB3 (non-wifi) right next to each other for a week to compare.. The BB3 destroys the Tribit in virtually all aspects of sound quality.. The BB3 sounds MUCH cleaner, and its bass is MUCH tighter,, it makes the Tribit's bass sound muddy by comparison.. Yes the jbl bb3 is worth the higher price, no doubt.. I first owned the Tribit for almost a year and was happy with it, until I heard the jbl bb3, which afterwards , i coudlnt "unhear" the difference,, lol So, if someone has the tribit and they dont feel like spending anymore money , just enjoy it...

  • I have both and tested them with zero changes to EQ JBL BB3 goes louder is clean and clear, but it tends to sound THIN. It focuses more on mids and highs Tribit sounds Clean, clear, FULL and DEEP. From low to high the sound is expertly balanced One Tribit keeps up with the BB3 and actually sounds better. Two Tribit Stormbox Blasts DEMOLISH the BB3 Also, Tribit advertises 30 hour battery life. Real life test gives me 16 hours at 50-70% volume with NO LIGHTS OR XBASS. I pull double shifts at work and get 16 hours with Tribit with NO ISSUES The JBL BB3 died after 10 hours at 50-70% volume My advice, buy the JBL BB3 if you're going to take the cover off...it's the greatest looking boombox in the world with the cover off If you want full, deep, clean expert sound buy Tribit stormbox blast. Buy two for stereo which is much better

    • true that,some would say bb3 is better because of its deeper bass but not really because if youre like me whose listening to audiophile grade speakers tribit has articulate bass,again not deeper bass but articulate bass,if you listen to RNB,hip hop,techno then bb3 is for you anything else specially instruments like rock,alternative or vocal centric kind of sound then get tribit

    • @stop.chattn2517 I have 4 Tribit Stormbox blasts and get consistent 16 hours as mentioned, lights and XBASS off Not sure why you're only getting 6 hours

  • Two quality Bluetooth speakers, but the Tribit surprises with its sound quality and power compared to a box (JBL) with a high price. JBL has quality, but the Tribit competes with it, even with 90w, congratulations to the Tribit team.

    • Actually a good comment. The Tribit is a very good speaker. Bass is great but the JBL is much better in the mids and highs. Overall the sound quality of the JBL is better but the Tribit is a much better deal. 95% sound quality for 50% the price.

  • Hey do you notice a subtle high pitch ringing noise coming from tribit on this song 6:06? Its less noticeabke on the other songs, but i think its actually there all the time. Usually the songs high frequencies cover the noise. I hear the same noise on mine and its driving me crazy. I see its just a factory defect.

  • JBL boom box is better but not worth twice the price of the tribit. It's NOT twice as much better. Maybe just like 20%. The stormbox blast is arguably the best portable speaker available for 200$. I would rather take that one.

    • @@mr.t8123 that JBL boom box sounds INCREDIBLE. Just so expensive. But hey u get what u pay for. For 400$ its sounds great. Are there cheaper options? Of course. Up to U to decide if its REALLY worth the price. There's NO doubt the boom box is incredible product that won't disappoint.

    • 40Hz is pretty much the maximum limit of audible Bass from the Tribit

  • Dude, those speaker is build for outdoor use. Stronger/deeper bass, slight treble/mid boost is the advantage of BB3. And for the price of 2 tribit, you can actually buy 1 pair of yamaha HS8 which have much better quality for indoor use.

Bb3 sound too harsh to be honest And it lacks in the mid bass and upper bass its just only about the one note deep bass Which is inaccurate in many rock genres and instrumental audio Yes for only party basis for Edm music bb3 is better and also for outdoors But to be honest bb3 is a good speaker but the price on it just kills it over all Very very over priced U get the tribit max sound plus almost same as good in half the price ❤

    • @YT Premium not exactly. A single Blast can't really hang with a Boombox 3 at high volumes 2 of them can go back and forth. But I attended to go with 2 Blast a bit more than a Boombox 3
