Lyrics:
And every time I try to fly, I fall
Without my wings, I feel so small
I guess I need you, baby
And every time I see you in my dreams
I see your face, you're haunting me
I guess I need you, baby

One look into her eyes, her hovering about like an angel, running down a corridor, seemingly like between life and death, towards a woman being resuscitated, then a newborn being brought to her, convinced me and my heart about her...how a baby means so much to her still...made me not only cry, but to pause about my life since my ex wife lost two...Britney you are never alone in this life or the next. • The abortion pills didn't become available until September 28th, 2000. Britney claims she had the abortion in 2000, so it would have had to be after that date. I just looked up the Britney Spears and Nsync tour dates for 2000. After September 28th (the absolute earliest date she could have gotten the pills) she was touring in Europe doing nightly shows, and Nsync was touring in the US, again doing nightly shows. They weren't even on the same continent! I already knew she was lying because you can't get the abortion pills without a doctor, and she said she didn't tell anybody but Justin including a doctor. The fact that they weren't even on the same continent at all proves he couldn't have gotten her pregnant.

If she had been dead set against it, then she wouldn't have had an abortion. She agreed with him (probably from a combination of 'he doesn't want it', 'We're 19!', 'What about our careers' and, of course, 'Oh, no. I'm still pretending to be a virgin! Now everyone will know I've been lying') Now he's married with two children and she's 3 times divorced and her two children want nothing to do with her. • You need ro also remember her and Justin were still only young. They were both put under a lot of pressure from a young age, their relationship was constantly all over the media, who knows who else was all up in their relationship at the time too, influencing whom knows what. We are only hearing one side to this too. Justin has also admitted to many past mistakes, that he regrets and states he was very arrogant back then. People are constantly on the blame Justin train for everything. We now glorify Brits past mistakes due to mental health, and Justin still cops backlash. For all we know Justin was suffering mentally too and suffered in silence, because back then and still now Men could be considered weak if they spoke up.

I hope that boy’s mother gave him a good long lesson on how disgraceful he was to speak about Britney the way that he did on Howard Stern, considering his mother 100% knew about the baby. Britney had been sexually harassed about her virginity in the public eye, and this guy goes and tells secrets that are not all his to tell to smear her.Britney had grace and kept their business private for many, many years. I think Justin owes it to her to allow her to tell this part of it and live with the reactions. Unlike Justin, Britney isn’t doing this to be malicious and destroy him. She could have done that a decade ago or sooner. She’s doing this for healing.

When this song came out, it was so unlike of her other songs & made me think "What is going on here?" It is definitely her masterpiece. Watching the MV was a bit confusing with the baby born part, I thought that she meant she was reborn as a new person, waking up from her dream. Today, it makes total sense, the lullaby melody, the different feeling of the song out of all her songs, the lyric, the face she saw in her dream that baby scene and the ending, the explicit to whom she dedicated the song as ‘her apology’ to… This is a masterpiece from Britney and this song is truly beautiful. My heart is broken listening to it today. Edit: I have just noticed that there is no boyfriend or husband in the delivery room. That’s the doctor, holding her hand. A speechless MV indeed.

  • My ex wife who lost two babies had this compilation album of Britney's...when you go through losing a child..the blame..the feelings of why did I do this or that or why did God allow this to happen doesn't go away..I know I've commented a few times but today I talked with my son, my only child..no amount of money or a career replaces him. I stayed with my ex wife for 25 years and it started with a very long labor. This song resignates with a powerful lullaby. God please save her from herself NOW. I'm 55 an imperfect dad but I don't throw away my son. I want good feelings and love towards her. I believe her self destructive actions are not being stopped but rather praised by her management. Is she free? They want to charge $295.00 for contacting her or them and it's towards the entertainment industry or fans...Britney needs real friends. I work in security, it's tough watching her dance around dog crap and with knives. I care. I don't think she is well or honestly happy at all.

Musically, this harmony is abundant in classical music and depicts something gentle/sad in general. It is just how music works and how a harmony can be used in several contexts. Most musicians are gonna welcome freedom of interpretation even. If your ability to imagine is limited, it is your own problem. PS: the occasional heavy kicks e.g before and in the chorus e.g 2:05 are too dramatic for lullaby. There's the whole song and yet some people talk like they hear only the soft intro and the lyrics and don't give a damn about other instruments. Have some more listen pls.
