This songs reminds me of this girl I sat next to in English class. She use to sing it all the time and loved this film. She was absolutely amazing and maybe the most beautiful and genuine person I’ve ever met in my life. But I never had the balls to ask her out or even to just hang out away from school When I was older and more confident, I thought I’d go looking for her through social media. About 5 years after We left I found out she died from leukaemia. Really suddenly, 2 weeks after being diagnosed Every now and then, I come to this song just to remember her voice singing the chorus through English class and all the life we had ahead of us

- I'm only 25 but... it's already a quarter of a century. So many things I wish I'd done differently already, so many chances I wish I'd taken... In the end you just go on and try to take the chances you know you're gonna regret if you don't. Kinda really feel your comment even though this is not like any experience I've had. It's nice that you remember her though. It means something. A part of her youth and all the possibilities lives on with your memory.

Though LeAnn Rimes became famous in 1996 for her "Blue" album (and won the Best New Artist Grammy a year later) and, just like most winners of the category, experienced career meltdown a few years later. She deserves a career revival, and let's hope her "The Masked Singer" win will encourage her to record a new album.

I have always loved LeAnn Rimes music since she was a teenager singing Blue to the music to the tranquil, transcendence style she's been doing and with her voice... Still has that calming effect for me. I am a fan!

Rimes delivers flawlessly. Her pitch perfect, melodious and seductive voice provides a transcendent quality to the performance and the structure of this song which she absolutely owns. Total brain candy. The song writing craft is here at its best.
