4:18 "down goes the Reem" on of the most iconic quote
Most incorrect statement as well. Overeem went up to the moon
People are always gonna say add this knockout but in general this is a good list of ko’s
We just can't get enough of em long compilations.
How is the Francis ngannou Vs jairzinho rozenstruik fight a good ko... Sure he got knocked out colder than most other on the list. But it was so sloppy with almost zero technic and only landed one of all the punches he threw while both were standing
@@markhansen5730 exactly. And where was Mark Hunt? It's not a best ko compilation without at least 1 walkoff from Hunt. Also no Big Country, no stipe ko of DC. The list was ok but seriously lacking from an objective point of view.
@@markhansen5730 Francis windmill ko'd an (undefeated? I don't remember) kickboxer, that's pretty legendary imo
The title is finishes, not knockouts
Junior dos Santos' wheel kick on Mark Hunt gets overlooked so much its criminal. That kick came out of nowhere and Hunt collapsed like a building being demolished.
And one of hunts strengths are his chin
Is*
@@keithsnowww1907 Yep, and that was the first time Hunt got KO'd in the UFC.
Awfqgjax
Mark Hunt 's walk off KO sending Roy Nelson to the canvas also is in this category. Generally a very solid list.
There could be a couple Mark Hunt walk offs tbf
That Mir V Duffee finish is so underappreciated especially considering how many year's Frank was removed from his prime. Faded back, parried Todd's strike and BOOM. Gorgeous punch.
I agree. There was a time when Duffy looked like he was gonna be the next big deal. It was nice to see something that wasn’t so recent. Still a good video
The hook that Duffee threw leaving himself open is probably one of the worst attempts at a hook I've ever seen in my life
duffee deserved to get koed tfo for swingin like that, like a absolute rookie
@@Gibi92 this is correct. I'd go on to say for a professional fighter yes this is definitely the worst hook I've ever seen. This was some shit you see in a guy sparing for the first or second time
not gonna lie i was kind of surprised to see Mir in the shape he was in. not like he was in horrible shape but you could see the gut. sick comeback knockout though
All of Ngannou's knockouts should be on here.
shut up fanboy
@@Imozep4Live cry ab it
@@luluthesinner7100 na I watch the downfall 🐷
Ngannou is like Deontay wilder, a one trick pony
@@LetsTokeandJoke he wrestled last fight, and it won him the fight but okay
Ngannou and lewis are just finish machines
That Lewis vs Blades honestly is one of the most deadly ko's ever. I don't think people quite grasp why. Not only was it flush as hell. Not only did Lewis FULLY crank up. But also Blade's head had no where to go!!!!!!!! Not backwards, sideways or anyway to relieve any of that hit!!!!! Truly Scary!!!!
Man that knockout is my favourite the timing and placement of that uppercut was perfect from Derrick
Was savage!
Herb Dean fault
Yeah his head dropped right into the uppercut
@@dereksherwood1 how ?
Solid list! There’s great knockouts/finishes on here, but idc what anyone says NONE of them are as scary as Ngannou’s ko of Overeem.. Like I feared for Overeem’s life legit when that happened
The Volkov \ Lewis one stands out for me because it was the last 5 seconds of a fight Lewis was going to lose if it went to decision. Then you add the octogon interview to that mix. "Why did you take off your pants?" - Joe Rogan.
Man the stipe vs Francis 2 will never not be bitter sweet for me, stipe has been my favorite hw for years and seeing him get done like that was saddening. On the other hand Francis deserves everything that he's accomplished and it's great to see.
this is a very respectful and good take
Listening to Blaydes come to and groan in pain after being executed by Derrick is horrifying
Chris Barnett' spinning wheel kick gotta be on here
I think this includes only KOs. No TKOs
Just for the memes it deserves to be here
Not sure which was more impressive. The ko or the celebration. Lol
@@roostercocksmith the celebration by far lmaoo
Ll
3:30 you can actually hear Curtis blades after getting KO’d
Scary. I watched lived and thought he was dying.
soul resisting the shadow realm
Netflix: Are you still watching? Someone's daughter: 3:31
That was one of the scariest KOs I’ve watched live just hearing that noise. Those follow up shots sent him to a totally different dimension
Reminder why heavyweight fighters are so dangerous
Some good finishes here, but damn, how could you leave out Kongo vs Barry? I'd have also added JDS vs Werdum, Arlovski vs Browne, Hunt vs Nelson, maybe Hunt vs Struve
When Miocic fought Werdum, Miocic was fighting him in Brazil. Brazil was obviously behind Werdum. I remember thinking how quiet things got when Werdum was KO'd in front of his home country. Then, which this video skipped the best part, Miocic being congratulated by his team says "I'm the world champ!" half stunned and half a proclamation. I fear for Miocic's future with CTE but I hope we get to see him on another winning streak before he leaves the sport. Always liked him.
Man, respect to herb, that cro cop ko was nasty
When you can be on your heels, falling back and deliver a right hand like that.....POWER.
The crowd & ppv audience seeing & reacting to the same replays really adds some fun.
5:42 Frank Mir's counter🔥🔥🔥🔥what a pro
To me Gabriel Gonzaga's head kick ko on Mirko Cro Crop is the most impressive finish to me, not very many hw's are known for getting their foot up that high.
You seriously need to watch a few Cro Cop fights to understand the irony of this KO 😂
@@alvarosantos78 By the way I know who Cro Crop is, but at the same time I get totally what you're saying.
Cro cop knocked the F out! 😂
He Cro Cop'ed Cro Cop. Legendary. And the foot and knee twist as Cro Cop falls is gruesome.
Remember watching the nganu rozenstruik fight live and even tho it was the sloppiest shit I’ve ever seen everyone just went silent when he connected and continued to bury him into the cage 😂 f’ing savage
Derrick's knockout of Blaydes was wonderful, Curtis talked lots of sh!t
these big guyzzz throw artillery shells!!! awesome!!!
I had to skip Ngannou vs Stipe 2. It is such a great KO, and Francis is such a fun fighter, but It's too painful to watch your hero get flatlined like that
Yeah. Mirco too. It's painful seeing a true legend fall this way.
Reem for me. Dude used to be such a monster until the Lesnar fight, it’s like watching a different person altogether
Stipe was not in good shape and old
Stipe thought he hurt him but Francis just ate it and dropped him again. True beast
Stipe definitely momentarily hurt Francis but he recovered quickly. You can tell he got wobbled for a bit.
Actually I don’t think he was hurt at all. It looks like he might’ve faked being hurt a bit to bait his opponent into coming in (and therefore dropping his guard) so that he could hit him with a counter. Ngannou is just that good
@@elinaragon5051 i don’t think he purposefully faked it. He def got hurt for a nanosecond
@@JimmyKantstandyabitz He was briefly stunned, but it also alerted Francis to stop chasing and reset. What's incredible is how he recovered so quickly and landed a flush check-hook that folded Stipe. And Stipe hits pretty hard, he KO'd Fabricio Werdum with that same punch yet Francis Ngannou ate it, found his footing and finished the job. You need a hell of a chin to be able to do that.
and Stipe ate some bombs, he survived so much before ko punch its amazing
Watching those kos live was awesome.👍👍
That Gonzaga head kick still surprises me to this day
Cro cop's leg still haunts me to this day
That hammerfist at the beginning actually pissed me off. Guy was CLEARLY out and he still hit him with that.
I've watched Mark Coleman getting knocked out by Pete Williams many times, but I forgot the moments prior to the KO. At 6:56 you can virtually see Coleman's brain go on airplane mode after that knee, setting him up for the KO kick moments later.
He pointed to where he was going to hit mark multiple times too
You can still hear Blades trying to get his soul back in his body throughout the KO highlight
The swings from Francis against Rozenstruik looked straight out of female division, just with a "little" more power xD
Females swing solid wdym
You mean more like just how regular women swing? Because there’s a lot of great strikers in the female divisions lmao
when you've got the power of a monster, you dont have to swing like a "man"
@@zackhicks5320 Yes, but most of them still swing like amateurs.Even at the top, have a look at Nunes Pena...Had power but still lacked "pro striking".Can't compare most of the females to strikers like Shevchenko for eg.Or great genius boxes like Ronda ;) ;)
This is why I love heavyweight over every other class. These large fighters throwing power that just can’t be matched in magnitude.
Because you don t like grappling
@@papatango5085 that has nothing to do with it, I like grappling a lot but often it’s technical skill is less satisfying or captivating that an uppercut from a giant
“punch from hell” is a cliché at this point but…Ngannou’s hammerfists are from hell haha
He's an absolute beast
The best and most spectacular Ko was Gonzaga vs crocop Perfect highkick
The speed that overeems head snaps back from that uppercut will never not make me shudder
Gonzaga matched up surprisingly well with Cro Cop.
not the second time
@@matijaslat2100 yeah he did lose, but Cro Cop had to pull out some pretty heroic stuff. Just one of those matchups where the underdog outperformed expectations.
@@scottheaton8469 that was really one of the most brutal elbow ground and pound i have ever seen
2:32 damn that was a late stoppage
If Ngannou and Fury were in a locked room I'm pushing all my chips on black
This was awesome!!!! 4:18 - omg
Great Compilation
6:03 fuuuu*k that was absolutely clean and brutal, hadn't seen this fight before and was guessing cro cop to get the knockout,...
Bro u gotta add chris barnetts spinning head kick its insane a guy that size pulled that move off
Look at cro cops ankle when he gets knocked out absolutely brutal
Muito bom video parabéns muito bom!
showing love to the big bois
Do a video for each division pls!
Great channel
When Stipe won the title. That was awesome.
“Like a PEZ dispenser” That’s cold af 😂
The "Black Beast" will make sure you get served an xtra helping of Night Night Quil 🤣 Volkov's knockout was the truth!!
*Heavyweights are scary. ANY heavyweight could have gotten these KO’s.* There comes a point where power no longer matters. E.g. just say if a punching power of 85/100 put someone to sleep, then it doesn’t matter whether you hit at 86 or 99, they’re going to sleep. And that’s heavyweights for you.
I think power starts to matter less above 230
Thx, i would have never figured it out 🤦♂🤦♂
Sure any heavyweight can put a person to sleep with an over hand. But not much people can sleep somebody with as short of a left hook as ngannou can. When u have overwhelming power you can throw a punch with little to no windup and generate crazy power
@@firaasmygls9307 *The only reason he KO’d stipe was because Stipe hopped forward into the punch (and didn’t see the punch).* It doesn’t matter who you are, if you’re moving forward and run into a shot on your chin with your momentum going forward. You will go to sleep. It creates twice the amount of torque on the neck. Like how A head on car crash creates a lot more g force than being hit side on.
@@zippo_muk9254 It does not matter what direction Stipe was going, he was getting KO'd. Rosenstruik was going backwards and went to sleep. That's the power that Ngannou has.
The Williams kick to Coleman has to be the flushes kick to the face in history. Power included. Damn.
I like how the ref is straight in when its obvious the guy is done.
William vs Coleman was a brutal beatdown man
that first hammer fist could be considered aggravated assault lol
1:47 ..pez dispenser. great play by play description .. 4:29 also qualifies too
Nice vid
"Like a pez dispenser" 😂
4:44 dude in white sweatshirt jumps up, spilling whatever he was holding on the blue shirt guy's head lmao
Lmao
Nice channel
Where Dc ko over stipe?
Lewis and Francis ridiculous power shots
DOWN GOES THE RIMM!!!
My boy Derrick Lewis had a great year
my favorite ko in the heavyweight division is that of carwin vs gonzaga simply devastating.
Nothing pain me like when the person go down and last blow fro The opponent 🙆🏿♂️
I'm going to disagree on calling the Ngannou vs Rozenstuik knock out one of the best. Its just Ngannou walking forward swinging his arms wildly, all power no skill in it. Ngannous other knock outs were much more impressive.
Was brutal tho , who cares how technical it was he almost killed him , far more brutal and clean than the jds and especially cain one
Yeah I agree his knockout of Overeem is better
It did the trick , dint it ?
So only technical stuff is the best? Wild punches aren't? I'd like to know where yall come up with this shit.
Since you know so much technicality you beat him
THIS WAS INTERESTING................
SLEDGEHAMMER PUNCH 👊💀
My personal favorite was Kongo’s knockout against Barry
DOWN GOES THE REEM is one of Aniks finest
3:51 announcer- "3 extra heavy heavy blows!!!" actual- 2 blows. first one grazed the chin even lol
Ufff... That KO on Overeem...
Ngannou takes the top place in my opinion, his jabs are so satisfying to watch
I'll never forget watching that fight when Mir knocked out the White King Kong Duffy 😌 i won 150 that night
6:28 damnnn did he recover from that exorcist move with his ankle? That shit looks scarier than the movie! OUCH
JDS vs Hunt? Im sayin...
You alive?! I remember when you used to make Fight Night and UFC Undisputed montages
Criminally underrated KO. Wheel kick came out of nowhere from JDS who is not known for throwing kicks and Hunt just collapsed like a demolished building.
Vicious sport
Mark Coleman getting sent to Oz is top 3 for sure.
2:20 "hes got a bazooka and u just got a gun"
This could also be called _Highlights with Francis_ Masterpiece Theaters🔥 AND _The BLACK BEAST Rises_
"Are you not entertained?" Gladiator
Fighters get jeers and threats from Brazilian crowds. The boo like crazy if you beat the home team. Miocic silenced them and corralled them into applause. That's why he's the people's champ.
Miocic : why is there some train way 😂😂😂
Best HW finishes, aka Francis and Derrick Lewis highlights
テクニックとスピードパワーを兼ね備えてる人多いって思った時にパワー全振りの脳筋いて笑った笑
7:32 give that cameraman who is standing against the cage, higher up on a ministool, without support, seeing the reality through a lens, not giving a fuck when an out of control Stipe comes charging right at him, jumping over the cage nearly missing you, a medal.
Over and Over and Over and Over
Now the question is who would win between Ngannou and Lewis? That would be an interesting match up.
3:32 Som do Blaydes agonizando de dor no fundo
Imagine ao vivo,o cara berrando de dor depois de ser atropelado pelo um boi preto enorme kkkkl
Overreem looks like he did his camp amongst a tribe of warriors that shrink heads.
Look at the swing of Ngannou its crazy 6:1
Fun👏👏👏👏💞🔥
That Coleman ko has always felt weird man. He said he had low sugar and it sure feels like it.
JDS vs Werdum. Werdum was supposed to already be fighting for the title but took on UFC newcomer and no name JDS. Well we all know the tear JDS went on starting with that uppercut. "look at his ears wiggle"
Sylvia koing Tre Telligman with a head kick with second left honorable mention.
This really shows that the UFC needs to really work on developing the HW class. Such a thin division. It’s all the same dudes.
