    • Ik it seems harsh because you aren’t a fighter yourself and the numerous complications that can occur from continuous head trauma after you’re already unconscious but you NEED to realize that they are trained to fight until the bell or the referee stops you

    • I find it hard to see as well but I do understand it. Understand that in that moment you're all pent up with adrenaline flowing and you just get a huge adrenaline kick from seeing your opponent go down. You wanna make sure it's not a ruse or that you've hit hard enough for them to stay down, because it is not always the case. Seen plenty of fight where a punch or kick will bring the other guy down but not enough for them to be out cold. The fighters are conditioned hard to follow up and follow through until the referee drags them off.

  • I don’t fault the fighters for the follow up shots. That said, They should really have a “hold back” bonus given to the fighters who are smart enough to realize their opponent is out cold and a follow up shot isn’t needed.

    • Not sure if that last punch connected though. Maybe it was the camera angle but can't say for sure. But I agree, your opponent was clearly vulnerable & unable to defend himself at that state & condition. Learn how to restrain yourself & know when to stop.

  • That fighter @ 4:06 was a disgrace. He jumps two footed onto the back of a KO'd opponent to launch himself into a victory somersault. You can see the referee immediately confronts him about it, and is not happy, but the video cuts to go to the next fight. I just hope that savage bastard got hammered in his next fight.
