The Importance of Enjoying the Creative Process | Eckhart Tolle

2024 ж. 10 Мам.
38 171 Рет қаралды

Eckhart Tolle discusses the significance of enjoying the creation process itself. He suggests that learning and developing skills, such as video editing or content creation, should be fulfilling, with the focus not overly tied to the outcome but on the process and the joy it brings. Eckhart Tolle also encourages viewers to visualize themselves as successful while considering the impact their content has on others, emphasizing the importance of contributing to others' lives, not just the personal image of fame.

  • As a KZheadr I can say that this is all very correct. There is nothing to achieve from the destination because there is no destination. Once you get some views and subs, there will always be other KZheadrs more famous than you which you then compare yourself to. The journey has to be the destination. That's the only way to enjoy being a KZheadr in my experience!

    • that's a big one. I'm trying to think like that now in every area in life... whether it's work, self improvement, anything. Let's master and enjoy the journey, the process, the actions. Who cares about the outcome. The happiness of the outcome lasts only 1 day, but if we can enjoy the process, we could be happy every day. Why not chose that?

  • Buddhist have a teaching called The Second Arrow. The First arrow is the event itself, your caught up in huge traffic jam. The Second Arrow is the thoughts about the traffic jam and how long you are going to be stuck in it, how unfair it is because you have an important appointment to attend and how terrible the consequences of not keeping your appointment are going to be . The First Arrow is not optional, it's one of those unavoidable events that just happen to everyone now and then. The Second Arrow is entirely optional because we have a choice whether to react with peaceful acceptance or angry non acceptance,, whichever we choose the First Arrow remains totally unchanged, it's only The Second Arrow, our own level of suffering which we get to choose for ourselves 🙏🙏🙏🙏

  • You hit the nail on the head so much, my ego tells me consistently that I HAVE to be a famous youtuber or influencer to have my opinions validated and to immortalize itself, and if I can't get that life is meaningless and not worth living (it also tells me that if I don't do it I won't be able to survive and it creates so much heavy anxiety and pain). Being on social media so much is more damaging to people's mental health (especially young people) than most realize, it did more damage to me than any drug I've ever used. Your books and videos are life saving thank you so much for being here.

  • When I first became an influencer, I did it because I loved fashion, and I had an interest in health. I took a marketing course that taught me I should be providing value to my audience and I need to be helping them and at the time I really had no idea how I was meant to do that. I kept plugging away at the influencer thing and everything just fell into my lap. I lost over 80 pounds influencing a gut reset, I gave up alcohol. I developed my intuition. I did a bunch of healing. I went through major grief. All kinds of things just played out in my life and now I can inspire and influence other people for their highest and best. I also became a psychic medium overtime. Sometimes it’s OK to not know what value it is we bring, because maybe the timing hasn’t revealed it to you just yet. My advice is just keep doing what you love and everything will fall into place.

  • This is exactly what I needed to hear. The question still remains what it is that wants to come through me but hopefully with deepening in presence that will seem to be of no issue anymore. Either by clarity coming in or simply there being such a peace that it's not a bother even to get anywhere specific. Simply letting it unfold, trusting that things will happen and inspiration will come as it should.

We humans are beautiful beings it's only our egotistical minds that produce greed, fear, anger, division and false sense of superiority over and separation from everything else. Once we as a species collectively evolve beyond the ego, wow, watch this space 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Then, making money with the product wouldn't interfere with my decisions, taking away all the joy - or the pure focus and flow state - of the creative process. Right now, I always have to stop and think about what the audience wants, and that ruins my flow state.

  • Author Dan Lawton 4.0 out of 5 stars Good reference material [MIND GAMES The Dual Facets of Manipulation and Dark Psychology by David Alan Binder] Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2024 “I was approached about reading what constitutes as a self-help/reference book that reads like a textbook about the many aspects of the human mind-everything from psychopathy to manipulation tactics to media influence and how it relates to the workplace, and so much more. The content is supremely interesting, though nothing I haven't heard about before or come across elsewhere. The content is well-researched and the real-life examples aid in the digestibility. A good companion for a psychology student or anyone studying the human mind. The copy of the book was complimentary; the review is my own, entirely without influence.”

That kind of thinking comes from victimhood mindset, which he always points out is very dangerous, and leads to more suffering. But, he feels compassion for those who are suffering, and that's big difference.

  • Kindly allow me to pursue this further Professor Tolle. The Ontological state of being "exists" as it is said to exist within a triangulation of 3 distinct binary sequences. 1.) (Mind ) 2. (Body ) 3.(Soul). The source of all creativity stems from the soul. Jesus Christ (Pbuh) was able to conduct a plethora of miracles. How was he able to do it? He was born in the human world. He had a human brain. His biology was completely human. Where did his power come from? 20 below strings! Humans have just been born. Obviously, you are not going to be aware of particles which are deep into the sub molecular world. Once the energy is released from the soul, it is transferred to the mind and finally the body is an extension of the latter. This applies to artists, musicians etc. In order to understand the gift, you must understand its source. This is the reason there are many abductions in your history by Alien Beings. It all has to do with the fascination of the "Human Soul." As a result of evolving over an extended period of time, we can see 20 below strings. Great Video! (ASC)
