He was IMPEACHED in the House then the Democrats in the Senate thought they were above the Constitution and over two hundred years of tradition and just dismissed the impeachment without a trial. actually how it works. you can't punish someone for a crime they aren't able to understand. a more extreme example is a toddler drops a toaster into their parents bath, the fact the parent is dead and you know the guilty party you can't punish. there is also a case for compassionate grounds with adults where the best you can get is vindication with no punishment. However in Biden's case I can't realistically see how he can't stand trial seeing as he asserts he is 100%.

He didn't deny having them, didn't try to hide them, didn't tell his attorney to just throw out the ones he had, didn't keep them on ballroom stages and in bathrooms, didn't try to hide them from his own lawyer, didn't send an affidavit signed by his attorney, that said he didn't have any that they knew he did. Didn't brag about having them and not being able to declassify them any more, just a few of the differences involved there.

The Government is broken. Time for a overhaul.
The solution comes in the way of Article V Convention of the States. We have 6 Sates needed to bring that Convention to bear. The States that are sure to pass a Convention vote and so far haven't are: Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Tennessee and Maine. However we would still be short one State. Two possible States dominated by Democrats are Virginia and Maryland.
Kennedy is the remedy.
