I’m Ukrainian. Left everything and escaped to other country with a 3 yo daughter. All my people are experiencing through terrible times but now I can say for sure that this horrible war was given to us to awake!!!! And awakening to most people doesn’t come in peace and happiness, it comes through tough times. Me myself started feeling God’s light not long time ago, through pain, anger, hopelessness. Unfortunately only through harmful experience people can be awakened. And as I’m feeling it’s just the beginning of such an experience in the whole world to awake the humanity.

I stopped watching tv right after 911 because( they) started the fear thru media on such an elevated scale it made me so angry to think they would do that to us. I dont regret my decision. Lee, good info but I am pushing 85 therefore going out taking care of my hens, drive myself to town for shopping is mostly my limit now. No more church attendance. Staying home loving to hear people like you on Alex’s program and many other lovely people is my biggest joy now.

I stopped all news watching in April, 2020 and found out my personal life was sooo awesome because all the bad news wasn’t happening tome, and never was. The doom of mankind wasn’t on my shoulders anymore. I found this amazing channel and several others that do nothing but enlighten me and lift my soul to the next level.

I love this show. The biggest takeaway is when Alex said "You did the best you could with the information and the place you were at that time, you cannot beat yourself up over that." So profound for me.
My mom told me that she realized that about her mom. Soooo profound, and such forgiveness. I'm 57 now. My mom was born into 1928. Her mom was 40 years older than she was. Such change through those generations. We can give ourselves that grace too.
Oh yes🤗❤️ I first heard that same statement from one of Louise Hay's recordings when she spoke about parents.
In the 60s we tried the peace love and understanding, and most of us still try. The name AZ or as tells me things that are very hard to use. But I’m the helper so I’m told. And I’m able to feed or fight as you need to advance.

I said that to my friend who pushed the vax he was “ pro vax” he knew that I was totally against it! So I had to listen to him push that I completely lost all respect for this man in the process… and so, two years later his father has stage 4 cancer and he admitted to me that he was wrong and that he felt responsible for his fathers cancer because he told his father to get the vax and all I could hear from my intuition so I just blurted this out” you did what you thought was best at the time” that he didn’t even think that would happen…. And I looked back at so many who have hurt me and all I could think was they did what they thought was best at the time. Just is what my spirit has been telling me something I realized too so it’s so neat Alex said that too

Can’t walk, or do anything. I have had more friends, neighbors, people I barely know, offer their time, food, calls, texts, gifts….. it is so heart warming. Lee mentioned things like this. I have totally isolated myself at this point, I work from home, order groceries and other shopping, no social life; only online. As an empath I have struggled for so many years out in the world. It's actually unbearable at this point. All my shields are tired and I absorb everything, it's exhausting. I can't wait until the majority of us have awakened, maybe it will be more bearable for the rest of us ❤ I'm Gen X, been waiting for others in my life to catch up😅

I have grown so much spiritually over the last few years and I have concluded that what holds me back is when my physical body isn’t at its healthiest … not that I’m an unhealthy person I’m a single parent with 3 small children so I always find that I look after my children’s physical health first in terms of food and diet much more than I do my own … and I feel acutely what it does to my spiritual being.Thank you Zs and the lovely man who is their Channel ( i always forget his name !❤) ❤Lee Harris ! 🙏

I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced so many losses as from your son and mother, that is very heartbreaking to witness. My condolences to you, you did the best you could to warn them and it was their choice not to listen and that must be so difficult to accept 🙏I am sending you so much love and healing energy 💚and compassion.
