Robert J. Gilbert Ph.D. is a former U.S. Marine Corps instructor in NuclearBiological-Chemical Defense, with over 30 years of research into both mainstream and holistic health methods. He holds a Ph.D. in International Studies, and contributed to the first academic textbook on Transformational Politics.

I think it’s 5 anyways… Starting with the very first minute of the very first practice (golden triangle exercise), I had multiple xp’s and could feel all sorts of little balls of energy around me and swirling. I think it was those very first moments where I knew that I’d be chasing this for the rest of my days. It’s been a few months, but I’m still getting new experiences of energies unfolding and blooming. The heart rose “bloom” is one of the most magical feelings I’ve ever had! It makes it a very relaxed listen and I am able to absorb all that is discussed op a deeper level. I do have a limited attention span so after an hour or so I needed a break
Dr. Gilbert’s interviews with various podcasters have literally changed my life. I’ve been on a spiritual journey since 1983 and he has impacted me more than any teacher I’ve encountered.
It’s weird- every time I listen to Dr Gilbert….and I ALWAYS listen to any video that pops up with him….i have a little bit of a strange internal feeling. I have to stop and take breaks. But after listening to what he said at the end was kind of a lightbulb going on! I need to step up and do my part!! Appreciate this beautiful discussion.

Well Andre to me, a random, unknown older lady in Spain, you certainly inspire me to help the change happen by your brilliant interviews and interviewees. Thank you for all you do in the world. Today was a wonderful, mind blowing episode coupled to the last one with Dr Robert that I have saved and will listen to again. I loved this amazing rabbit hole.
Some people literally have issues even staying in their Avatar. I noticed instead of ascending like most people, I need to be grounding way more. Than actually trying to be more in spirit. I literally have such a hard time staying in my separation and self ego, instead of the collective. If you are so connected and not grounded. You won't even care about your own life. Cause serving others becomes the top priority. When this happens, your physical health will fall. Cause well, you know your more than your body and death doesn't even really exist in a way. Death of this avatar, yes, but spirit, nope. So many are trying to rise without being grounded. It is very much so a problem in my eyes and experiences. Though I can't say this applies to the majority I talk to. Very spot on point there, without growing deep roots, rising to the skies is problematic.

It would definitely help you learn to build structures that naturally produce the beneficial centering vibration (what Dr Gilbert calls BG3). I can’t recommend it enough. Just be ready to work hard, it’s a LOT of course work over only 3 weeks. But I thought it was fascinating and I enjoyed every bit of it

While Listening to this podcast at work I just had the most profound spiritual awakening experience. I feel as if I have been reunited with both of my grandparents who were deeply spiritual individuals and influences on me when I was a child. I’m literally in tears right now as I remember why I’m here. Ever since I got sober from alcohol 6 years ago I have been obsessed with learning as much esoteric knowledge as possible. Man has devised means to convince self and others that there are different versions of truth and that is the deceit going on now. See, a Muslim, Catholic, idolater will DEFINITELY say theirs is the truth, but that doesn't make theirs the truth just because they said so and believe so with every fibre of their being. Anyone who has the spirit of truth (the holy spirit) in them will leave the three religions mentioned above without being talked/preached to. There'll never be two versions of truth, like your truth and my truth. Truth is truth from all angles no matter how we try to twist things up to suit us.

Incredibly insightful. For as complex as these topics are, they were so eloquently explained in a way that I could understand to the best of my ability thus far. I started on my spiritual path with an unexpected spiritual emergency which led me to Theosophy and meditation which led me to Anthroposophy and Waldorf teacher training. I have diverged in many ways for many years, seeking the path of the heart because that all felt so conceptual and intellectural. Now I'm coming back full circle and find that it all makes sense in a much deeper penetrating way. Head, heart and hands. Everything spoken today rang true and reawakened in the depths of my soul these truths. This is probably one of the most balanced teachings I’ve ever been exposed to, free of judgment and often “top-heavy” schools of thought that teach ascension or holy-roller dogma that does little to ground or center ourselves in the here-&-nowness. True wisdom
