Steelers are the best fit. Stable, long term head coach who's system closely resembles what Wilson had in Seattle. A run first ball control offense along with a great defense. A few years ago, Russell Wilson was widely considered to be one of the QBs in the top five. Now he’s about as irrelevant as the “Dangerwich” But I still think he can be a fantastic option for a team with the right pieces just like you explained. There is some behind the scenes drama that the Broncos organization and Russ will not publicly discuss. This seems like they mutually want to keep it under the radar and part ways without legality. Although it may be good for public relations, it is likely a stalemate for player/organization relations.
