You couldn’t have had better timing than after a big time upset win by the Tigers in overtime. This was a classic low scoring football game in the SEC
Ikr. Idk of it was planned or not but it’s pretty cool
@@Earthphones 😭bruh
@@Earthphones 💀like it was just a coincidence
Bruh that’s why he uploaded it
This game had most NFL players of any other game in history I believe. Something like 50+ ended up on active NFL rosters. That’s enough to field more than 2 NFL starting teams. Many are still even in the league today 11-12 years later.
Tyrann Mathieu, Spencer Ware, Ron Brooks, OBJ, to name a few
What a perfect timing! LSU sure loves November 5th! They should schedule Alabama on this day from here on out Lol!
The fact they posted this right after bama lost is crazy
One of the best games the College football world seen and now we get a classic 👀🔥
The 2019 LSU at Alabama game was every bit the game that we thought this game was going to be.
You thought these two teams would score roughly 80 combined points?
This mf hates defense
@@g6iii No I don't. All offense and NO defense is just as uninteresting. This game wasn't just about defense. It was also about 2 QB's who were too average to below average to do much of anything against either defense.
Not gonna lie LSU had some of the best teams in the BCS era . Les Miles just sucked at coaching most of the time .
any year Bama is not competing for a national championship feels strange 💯 but its gonna be another one of those rare years that Bama gotta settle for a bowl game.. it was a great game tonight 🔥💯
Ahhhhh the days when Trent Richardson was the next AP
Perfect timing lsu just beat bama incredible 👏👏👏
We have the defense game of the year and on the same day, we have a game that ended 77-63😂
You couldn't had asked for better defensive, pure prime time, keeping you on the edge of your feet 1 vs 2 football game. Loved it!
And a very nice final score of 6-9 (nice)
One of the best games I ever watched.
Normally a 9-6 final would indicate some of the worst offense ever displayed this century, but in this case it was mostly bad special teams and outstanding defense that led to it.
*Marked safe from having to listen to "Roll Tide Roll" for another year*
One of the best and most hyped games of all time 💯
Great edit, thank you for sharing.
That Interception by Reid In the 4th was the play of the game
One hell of a game that I enjoyed with two all time great units on one side of the ball. Also, I hate that LSU was forced to try to beat Alabama again - it should have been a different opponent. In 2006, OSU beat Mich by 3 at home as the 1 & 2 ranked teams, but Florida was placed in the title game. That good ol SEC bias has screwed this sport over more times than not.
Congrats on being featured by NFL!
Back when these 2 had defenses and ran the ball...
I remember watching this game back then, by far the best college game I ever witnessed
Loudest game I've ever attended. #ForeverLSU
@3:35 the announcer called Odell "Beckman" lol.
Probably our greatest regular season win ever. Too bad Iowa State and the Big 12 refs gave the media the opportunity to render it completely meaningless.
Perfect timing!
So many big name first round draft picks. Hopefully this game is enshrined in the CFB HOF
I miss this game!
LSU FANNNN HERE!!!!!!!! other lsu fans 👇🏼
GEAUX TIGERS 🐅🐅🐅🐯🐯

If Oklahoma State was able to defeat Iowa State that one night, this LSU team would have been top 10 in NCAA history.
Why does a loss against a great team (who they beat in the regular season) keep them out of the conversation? I’m not saying they should be top 10 all-time, just trying to understand why the championship discredits them.
bama kicker SOLD the bag
LSU has had Alabama’s number recently
2 wins by a combined 6 points in the last 5 years . . .
4 years* 2019 LSU 2020&2021 Bama 2022 LSU. Stop trying to manipulate states. I realize before that was Bama from 2012 to 2018
Wait what how did the nfl get rights to show college football
This confuses me as well
I remember where I was for most of the game. Bowling it was fun
People are calling the decision to go for 2 ballsy, brave, ambitious, heroic and lots of other positive phrases which it was. But how many of those same people would’ve called the decision stupid if LSU didn’t convert? Likely quite a few. I’m just happy to see Alabama lose! yiiippeee!
Imagine watching this after Jayden Daniels shows you he indeed has ice in his veins.
Great effort by both teams. Really interesting final score. The Alabama kicker had a waking nightmare. What a horrible night for him. Same with LSU's QB.
Alabama never deserved a rematch
So good seeing Alabama fans upset and brought to reality😂 also when you post throwback college games can you make a note of notable NFL players? Had no idea OBJ played in this game
Tyrann Matieu and Jarvis Landry were also on LSU
Bama wins this game big with an NFL level kicker haha
All teams have weaknesses. LSU simply won this chess match this game, but fortunately for Bama they were able to get an unfair second chance.
@@Rhinosaurus1000they were literally the best team in the nation they literally only lost because of their shitty kicker he left 12 points on the board the defense did their job you saw wat they did to them in the championship game
Rewatching this, it’s pretty obvious how bad the LSU offense was vs bama, they only got into FG range from bama turnovers
Not Bama’s turnovers, but LSU’s defense. Big difference.
Imagine how many highlight videos they have yet to release 😳
It’s a lot haha
Then right after this game the committee went never again never again 😂
When everyone didn’t want the rematch (except lsu and bama) fans that championship game was hard to stomach imo
I think this 2011 lsu defense was a better defense than Alabama that year they just had Jordan Jefferson and Jarret Lee and a stubborn les miles wasting guys like Russell Sheppard and odell and Jarvis Landry!
Lsu defense was no where near better y’all literally only won this game because Alabama had a shitty kicker you saw wat that defense did to them in the championship
Everytime a play happened the announcers was hopin it was bama before lsu lmao
Ahh, Trent Richardson, my favorite player in the storied history of the AAF. Took a while for Alabama's special teams to shake the cobwebs off in this one, that's what cost them.
I forgot LSU was doing the two QB thing with Lee & Jefferson that year...
This was the first time they switched to Jefferson that year. Lee was QB1 sólo that year and was actually playing well. Only had 1 int up until he threw 2 in the first half this game. The Bama defense really froze him. Then Les went with Jefferson the rest of the year
You get to put another LSU VS ALABAMA game tomorrow....lol. Geaux Tigers !
3:33 young OBJ sighting
Remember, remember, the 5th of November.
And got a sequel so bad that it led to the playoff
LSU had no business winning this game lol, just being real about it. That 2011 Bama team was all-time dominate
Why did Bama lose?
@@Rhinosaurus1000 cause Saban kickers ain’t shit 😂
@@Boxinghockey23 I’m not saying you’re wrong. In fact, I 100% agree that Saban’s kickers typically aren’t good. All I’m saying is why is it a fluke when Bama’s opponents use Bama’s weaknesses against them to beat Bama but not a fluke when Bama uses their opponents’ weaknesses against their opponents to beat them? Is it because Saban’s teams generally have less weaknesses than most of his opponents?
@@Rhinosaurus1000 hmm.. I wouldn’t say it was a fluke that LSU won this game or that it’s a bad thing that they used Bama’s weaknesses against them. Props to LSU. I would say my opinion is that watching every drive, this Alabama team aside from their kicker and qb physically dominated. And the argument against me is valid because those are two major parts of a team. Knowing how the national title went later in the season, LSU not even crossing the 50 (and I’m not an LSU hater btw) it just showed how dominate this squad was. BUT, I see your point and would agree. I’m arguing semantics and I totally would agree with it. I think you put a competent kicker on Bama and they win this game easy, but that’s make belief
That looked like a WW2 tank battle between Germany and the Soviet Union 😃🤣❤️😃
Alabama fan laugh in at this game because of what happens in the championship game for all the marbles
Lmao surely this timing is planned :)
OMG I forgot about that Eric Reid fake ass punt!!🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮🤮
Last les miles win vs bammer
Then lost by 21 in the natty
Just 15 combined points slightly worse than Super Bowl 53
Offense optional
10:16 when we hit Les wit the gatorade shower.
My Lord. Maybe FSU…or better.
LSU should never have been made to play them twice.
Do you say that because Bama didn’t deserve a rematch regardless of how the rest of the regular season played out or because they were showed unfair favoritism?
minus well rename it to NCAAF Throwback dear lord
5th
nd bama jus lost to Lsu 😂
First
And we all know what happened a few games later for the National Championship. Lswho can’t even cross the 50 yard line in the Superdome! Bunch of damn losers! Roll Tide! ❤
This is NOT a great defensive battle. This is just 2 more highly overrated system quarterbacks. Both have been nothing since leaving the program. 👎
💥💥 one of the worst offensive games ever played.
