  • Dana White has it both ways. In Boxing, fighters have no health insurance, etc. But they fight who they want, when they want, and for the price they agree to. They're independent contractors. In the UFC, Dana White decides when and who they fight for chump change. They're employees of the UFC. The very least the UFC can do is give those fighters health insurance, 401K, and everything else associated with a 9-5 job. Ngannou will make more money in one night fighting Jake Paul than his entire UFC career. That's sad!

You have a team with players in this case fighters and they register for the league what would be UFC, One and so on. All these money, sponsoring discussions seem so bizzarw for someone who comes from football (europe) an found love for mma. Feel free to correct me or to lighten me up on the situation ❤
