  • Now that I’m 23, it’s hard figuring life out sometimes and I stress myself out. As I continue to grow up into the early teens, I’ve been seeing a lot of people I graduated high school with already have degrees, dream jobs, starting families etc, I would always have a feeling as if I’m not making progress in life. I still feel that way sometimes, but something that I just tell myself is that everyone figures out their life at their own pace. Remember that each of our journeys are different, so never compare yourself to other people. We will all figure it out eventually! Explore and enjoy the moments during this stage of life, you will get to where you need to be!

  • I watched this back when it came out, and I am 18 currently, and this video hit so hard. Last semester, I went to university for physics and math and I was dead the entire way through right from the beginning. Like those two were my favourite subjects, and I was failing. It literally destroyed me. I've never had such a hard time, and everyone around me seemed like they were doing great. Like what was wrong with me? I realized late into the semester that it was okay to just calm down, and work on yourself. I wasnt failing because I was stupid -it was the 'boss' in my head that'd berate me constantly. By the end of the sem, my life got improved when I just let myself be free. Giving myself some love was the only reason I passed. Growing up means you're your own boss, but when that boss hates the shit out of you, you'd remember how nice it was when someone else who cared about you was in control. But I do want my own life, and I guess understanding how to love yourself is apart of adulthood.

    @sadiakhan6500@sadiakhan65004 ай бұрын
  • Becoming and adult was the best thing that had happen to me. I am now 28 and i would never even dream of comming back to school. The only thing i can agree is being tired part. I work out and run regularly and yet i still feel tired. The food part is easily fixable. The most healthy dishes are the most basic ones and it never takes too much time (like idk, potatoes eggs and salad or rice and chicken) The only problem with life is that it sometimes becomes so comfortable that you might lose the will to even do stuff.

But so long you don't quit looking, you're bound to find something. Maybe try thinking about what truly makes you happy in life, is it money or your own happiness? I pursue music in hopes of being happy and living a fulfilled life, whether I have money or not because I am passionate about it. It took years to muster up the courage to do it, but I promise once you get there you will feel euphoria. Just keep swimming my friend, water might be rough but it's a constant stream down the way.

  • I remember being in my mid-20s and having no idea, being overwhelmed and afraid of life. But at the same time, I had the most fun ever between 25 and 32. Now that I'm in my mid-30s, I'm more focused on my career, having a nice home and my relationship. On the weekends I hardly go out to have fun, it's more like, "I need to fix my yard, it needs to be ready for summer parties!". But yea... all in all I see life more relaxed. There are still parts that I'm confused or clueless about, but I realized that we all just have no idea about certain areas of life, so just ask around. Someone will know the answer to your problem, just as you have some advice for others.

From when I joined, I get paid a lot more than most of my friends from before the military. Waking up has never been an issue and I always get restful sleep. There are a lot of drawbacks to being in the military, but the benefits far outweigh them. I would never change my decision to join.

  • the inattentive-type ADHD vibes were SO strong in this video, James xD finding it genuinely upsetting that I have to plan my meals, not knowing what I want but waiting until my body is like "no, you actually do need to eat, please", and just.... hating cooking and cleaning up after. Its called executive dysfunction and ADHD inability to form new routines easily at all. (also never getting enough sleep and having bad anxiety.... also being super creative is an ADHD trait which is why its common in youtube creators fun fact). Not necessarily saying you have it of course, just as someone who does have it that I see a lot in common

You wont realize it at first but after going at it for the first 2-3 weeks, getting in work consistently, (6 days a week for me), all those problems go away. Your not tired all the time, you feel confident, plus look good feel good. I can not name how many benefits you get from just really pushing yourself in the gym, or just preforming intense physical activity frequently. Plus you also start to meet people at the gym which makes it all even better. Do your self a favor and get in shape. It might hurt while your in there but the pain is momentary. You also start to love it. It only sucks at first. Sorry for rambling. Best of luck to you all!

  • Thank you for this video man seriously. I'm watching this at 10 in the morning 20 minutes before I need to leave for work with a bowl of hesitantly poured raisin bran because unfortunately I will get hungry again later. This video put me in a good mood and I have a 10 hour shift in front of me!
