Jealous of this stadium..... The look and feel is fantastic. As a Red not impressed by the fit and finished of the Nnie Road End.... It already looks dated and is basically a bargain basement solution. As one of the biggest clubs in the World we deserved better!

Would be a million times better if those railway tracks ran into the city centre and allowed easy transport to and from.
It's literally a little walk, from the city centre, and bus after bus will stop at, and depart from the stadium, with Sandhills station really close too.

Surly there's opportunity to have people arrive by boat. Reduce traffic coming in through the bottle neck on the road. Could easy make it part of a corporate package. Hotel, dinner in Liverpool, boat arrival and box ticket package deal. Some dafty with loads of money would buy that.

What will happen to the shop in St Luke’s?
I go in regularly and have asked, apparently there’s still no agreement or plans. They’re independent of the club and have had to try and source a new venue which they’re not seeing much luck with. Could’ve changed at this point as I haven’t asked since maybe December.

@EFCOYB @@TrevorSteven They had asked the Bramley Moore over the road but it isn't big enough. I agree though - 100% need to find a new venue and/or come to an agreement with the club, it's hugely unique and I visit nearly every home game personally.

Why build a new stadium just to fight relegation every year? The most ‘meh’ club in the Premier League.
Without the extra revenue from a bigger stadium you get less money to spend on improving. Also the cost while building it means everton can't spend as much on players as they would've previously but it increases revenue and attractivity for new owners in the long run
