Eye from de next place....
Lol
I wouldn’t leave my mom with him.
😂
Racist
@@stephenpassaggio9975 jesus christ its not racist! I thoguht the same thing. He was standing weirdly and obviously not "normal" which isnt always bad but from the woman's perspective he was definitely shifty. I thought it myself. Race has nothing to do with it. Get that crap out of your head.
I would, she will go to the next place peacefully. i am an old woman and it gives me a perspective, we all have to go to the next place, this issue is how.
yeah he's on a holiday and chooses a hospital, a great place to go on a vacation
yeah. "some spot, you pick" !!
Ever heard "work vacation" ?, It's fun. 😁
Her pain must be truly unbearable since she's eager to leave her daughter who loves and cares for her. 😢
We won't fully understand till we reach old age to see why she would rather go than to stay. Only you'd know till you get there when your ready for death.
I watched my mom die from cancer. She was weak, unable to leave her bed. She was out of it a little m. As much as I wanted her to not die, to not be sick, a part of me was relieved because she wasn’t suffering anymore
That mindset is selfish
@@whystareatmyhighhair I assume you are judging serenity113. I will not judge you but I must say something. I have worked with dying children for 35 years. I have seen things that are hard to imagine and harder to describe. I can only presume, that by your comment, you have little experience with death. Some deaths are fortunate. Some deaths are horrible. For some, death is truly a relief. It is more than ok for Serenity113 to feel as she does. Rather we should celebrate the depth of her love for her mother to have assisted her. Be careful what and how you judge. Rather recognize that it is a world of vast experience. Be kind, be empathetic. Love.
@@miguelservetus9534 I think he/she was referring to the OP, stating that she didn't mind leaving her daughter..
When the grandma say Obeah Man... I love Brad Pitt face who reacting in this moment, he is like he think "Oh s h i t, she is strong, i am grilled/discovered " or "Say whaaaat ? "
i don’t know why but when ever, i see this seen i get emotional …
Great scene though. Fabulous scene
An angel in scrubs.
Everything gonna be Yrieeee!!!
thank you, this was a huge help!
Gave her a glimpse of the next place!
Brad Pitt is an Island Boiii!
The grandmotherly character demonstrates enormous trust in the face of DEATH!
I never knew my paternal grandfather. He was a strong Black man. I hope he passed peacefully every time I see this. 🇻🇨
This is one of my favourite parts.
Skøn film. Jeg græd.
Some spot u pick
The switch though 2:09 😂😂😂
This scene is incredible
In the Castilian dubbing the "island" speak was Portuguese, always thought that was a nice touch.
Well, with Brazil having Candomblé (a religion of African origins and mixed with Catholic sincretism and symbols) I would not be surprised.
He wouldn’t get away with that accent now.
So very touching
When the good Lord comes for me ! I'm going out this world shouting thank you Jesus!!!!!
Some place you pick for oliday, lol 😂 gets me! In a ospital!! 😂 😂

Daughter: he jus a man Daughter hears accent: 👁👁
Meet joe black is an amazing movies its around 3 hours long
Ppl who have briefly died and went over to the next Dimension always say that they never fear death after that brief moment
The old lady recognized who he was as soon as she saw him.
Been spending some time in the islands, Joe?
Why is no one talking about that accent??!!!!!😂😂🤣🤣
Ah, shame you didn’t include the other scene between that old lady and Joe… probably my favourite.
BRAD PITT IS A GOOD ACTOR.
Her know
I have seen this happen before where someone in a hospital says that they are sicker than another person when they have no idea what the other person is there for.
The music in this film I had to save.
The accents are natural remind me of my Polish grandma speaking Polish to my Czechoslovakian pap they would speak in front of me pordportka but I said tell me the cuss words please so I don't get detention and grounded at home no mores
Lois Kelly Miller was a gifted actress on Jamaican stage. I guess it wasn't her time, she died at age 102.
And suddenly he looked like the vampire from interview.
@1:28 when the daughter realizes "oh shit...mom might be right..."
She's colorblind
Damn, im straight but brad pitt is the most beautiful man in the history of the world.
The lady is a "seer". Seems it was the first time someone had recognized him.
Honestly I'd totally believe death would take vacation in a hospital.
The fact she pointed him out and then he spoke back in their language should’ve creeped everyone out.
Tu vas ns la jouer Io nesco?
Goin to dat nex place mum. Soon, ….
Brad Pitt is the real Island Boy here! Them pineapple head twins got nothing!
Jaja og island boy
Elderly lady says she is afraid of the person. Nurse wheels her directly within touching distance of same person. LOL
I wish it was that easy so people didn't have to suffer..
That. Was. Awesome. If it could only be so. For all who have a need, in all spheres of life on this world, would not such an angelic (Note: No capital) thing to do be so gratefully received by all who care for people and animals in pain. Let it be so, if only in my dreams... oh. And films like this wonder.
