"This is my gift, my curse. Who am I ? I'm Spider-Man"
I know a lots of you have been asking for this video ever since the movie release. It took me a long time to figure out the proper way to craft this one. In here I tried to establish the best connection possible and to show you all what my childhood hero means to me. This was an emotionnal ride for me, I hope it'll be the same for you. Thank you.

  • Homecoming: Learning to do the right thing and to be independent even when what you want is sacrificed. Far From Home: To not be in your mentors shadow and to be your own hero. No Way Home: To live with the consequences of your decisions and when the time comes being ready to sacrifice for the greater good. Each installment in this trilogy forged Peter into the Spider-Man from the comics. He loses and he learns until at the end he has nothing but his own will to keep going.

    • I love that Tom actually has a over arching character arc though out his trilogy. Toby, despite how great he was, didn’t have as much development I feel and each of his character arcs was resolved in each movie. And Andrew’s unfortunately was cut short. Tom though it feels like I’m seeing the journey from boy to man and then man to hero. Now in his future movies we get the pleasure to see a full fledged and experienced Spider-Man again but this time it will feel truly earned. Because we got to see the messy and painful process it took Peter to get there.

Keep it alive. No matter how buried it gets, or lost you feel, you must promise me, that you will hold on to hope and keep it alive. We have to be greater than what we suffer. My wish for you, is to become hope. People need that. I know it feels like we're saying goodbye, but we will carry a piece of each other into everything that we do next, to remind us of who we are, and of who we're meant to be. • This, on every mf-ing level, is one of your best work ever. Everything a spiderman tribute needs to be and more. This is the peak of video editing ! The three parts flow so well together and the storytelling is wowza. MY GOD. That first part is legendary, and all over the place in the best way possible. The way the clips just move and compliment each other with quotes on top is just chef's kiss. I have to say this second part is probably your best work, and definitely the best emotional part for any spiderman tribute. The combination of their respective movies and how you make them connect to each other (even if they're all spiderman) just feel so loyal and true to the character. It even elevates the feeling you get when you see all of them on screen ! And then you just put the icing on the cake with that last part and the beauty in sacrifice. Truly a passionated work and wouldn't have asked for better. You truly need to be a spiderman fan to the core to make something as beautiful as this. Masterpiece !

  • Some people misunderstand and think that to become Spider-Man he has to suffer. And its not that, we like how he gets back up, how he doesn't give up, how he finds a reason to continue to be this icon that inspires a ton of people. At the end of the day he's a human like us, we love him because we relate to him. We have feel broken, like we are at the edge of giving everything up, we think it's the end of our lifes, but there's always HOPE. And yes, to see the *LIGHT* first you need to see the *DARKNESS* , and whenever you are in the dark, if you get to see that glance of light (that's where Spider-Man comes up), don't give up and follow that until you se light.

  • This edit is a masterpiece from two perspectives: -On the one hand it is an amazingly well done compilation of what being Spider-Man movies are about. It summarises everything perfectly and is just an impeccable tribute to Spiderman and his struggles, the lessons he's learnt, etc. -On the other hand, it is organised in a way that flawlessly sends the message Spiderman movies are meant to send to the public in less than nine minutes. A message about not needing superpowers to be a hero, but the ability to make the right choices, for with great power comes great responsibility, and everyone has the power to choose, therefore everyone can be a hero. It's like what Miles Morales says: "Anyone could wear the mask. You could wear the mask." I really enjoyed watching this, thank you

It’s…a lot because of what the character means to me and how he’s impacted me in who I try to be now as an adult. Like holy shit, this tribute just summed all of it together. It’s just still crazy to realize that this happened, they all united in this one film. Each representing apart of my life. • Hands down Tom Hollands Spiderman has the saddest most difficult story out of all the Spider-mans. He lost...EVERYTHING not once but twice. He was snapped out of existence and now the memory of his existence was magically erased from history...yet he still lives. He still walks the earth knowing he lost his father figure Tony. He lost his mother figure Aunt May. His best friend (Who is now probably going to become a magical baddy) and the love of his life forgot his existence. He no longer has connections with the Avengers. He understands that humanity is just an insignificant speck in the grand cosmos of the universe. He has no ability to attend college or anything anymore.

  • I think the movie can, oddly enough, be summarised by a quote from it's predesessor. "He's just a kid." The MCU Spider-man was just a kid, struggling from having his life being turned upside down. He just want things to go back to his version of "normal". Shit happens. The bigger you are, the worst the situation gets. One of the main reason why, regardless of which version of Spiderman we're talking about, why I like them. It doesn't matter how old you get, because the lesson you learn from each iteration sticks to your mind.

  • 4:43-5:44 Where Aunt May's speech fit so perfectly, it was beautiful and so moving, the timing was just right. Every scene was spot on for what was needed as the music went on in the background. Actually, I think this part I was honestly going to cry because of how perfect and fluid it all was. 7:07 The original spiderman theme and Tobey's speech honestly felt like home. 7:55 That was the icing on the cake for me I really love your work Slyfer!!

  • Got to watch No Way Home for the last time in cinemas tonight. I started this whole Spider-Man obsession phase a month before NWH released by rewatching every movie and TV shows and to have it culminate in one big celebration of the character was truly amazing and something I’ll never forget. Spider-Man means so much to me and his morals and virtues will stick with me forever, but now it’s time for me to go out there and do what we do. ✌️

  • There is a single thread that binds these characters throughout endless, infinite worlds. Through space and time, a single thread, a single Theme of Life that seems to repeat itself no matter the universe. The Spider-Men share lives, they share themes; pain, love, loss and catharsis. Responsibility.

  • I know everyone has their own struggles and own life but I can say everyone can relate to Spider-Man/ Peter Parker. This video and NWH overall has really motivated me to keep going with school and athletics. The first superhero on the big screen to deal with real life problems, it nice to relate to someone so strong but who struggles so much. Even after all that Peter still smiling and enjoying what he has been given, that being Spider-Man. Thanks for the video! Amazing as always

  • The aunt may from Toby's trilogy part had me tearing up. Really all the Toby parts. Didn't realize just how much that trilogy became a fundamental part of who I am today. I was really young when i saw the first one in theaters. Was glad I could see that spider-man one more time now in my 30's. Remember when everyone was talking about how much it meant when dude from blues clues came back and said he didn't forget us? Yeah, seeing Toby's spider again was that for me.

I once again thank you for showing the deeper meaning to being a true SUPERHERO
