" Stay close to me. - Always "
Harry Potter is the franchise of my childhood. For the little story, I started this channel as a child, uploading some videos about my Harry Potter items. I always thought at some point I'd have to make a video about this character that I adore.

  • I just realized how depressing the HP series is. I mean, all those Quidditch matches and funny spells did alot, but overall, when you think about it, all this series is about is a kid that had a murderer after him since he was born. It hits you right in the feels when you realize. I kinda feel bad for Harry now. The poor boy.

But the sad thing is that although he eventually says it's the happiest he's ever felt, he didn't recognize it as happiness straight away, because he's never felt that level of happiness before, and therefore didn't understand his emotions. That, to me, is what was sad.

    • Exactly. Some times viewers and readers end up calling him average or weak. Something I m sure JK Rowling did not show. She showed a young kid who just wanted to be normal. But who found strength within himself to go through this fight and face Voldemort bravely many times. Even though many grown ups might have not endured facing Voldemort.

    • fobra 5 I think it’s bc of how selfless and humble he is. He hated the fame and isn’t arrogant despite being the most famous young wizard there ever was. People tend to look over these traits, but I think that’s what makes Harry so amazing. He was a beautifully written character and deserve just as much recognition as (if not more than) other characters.

  • I always ask myself, "How can someone who is supposed to be the main character, looked over so many times?" People thought Harry was happy, they thought he was okay, but he was not. And even though he was the one who was hurt the most, even though he was the one who was in pain the most, he never once stopped helping the people he loved, never once stopped helping the people he may not have even knew. I look up to Harry Potter, I wish to be just like him. People can say he is not real, but that will never change the fact that Harry Potter will live in my heart forever. Harry saved everyone just because he was told he was the chosen one, he never once though what that might do to him, he never once cared what could happen to him. Harry Potter might have been the boy who lived, but to me, he will always be the boy who loved.❤

    • I agree with everything you said, this boy was something special, a childhood without love or emotion and he grew up to be a sympathetic person, sympathized with the likes of Snape and Voldemort and sympathized with the bully Malfoy when he was crying in the bathroom, he was always trying to be brave and he saw things that Adults don’t see even in their worst nightmares (Basilisk, dragons, Voldemort, torture alone in a graveyard ) and he was a man in the true sense of the word, and in the end he allowed the frightened child to finally emerge and brought his parents and Sirius and Remus back to be with him as he walked towards his death, I loved that he was forced all his life To play the role of the man and a brave person, but in the end he was nothing but a scared boy exposed to bullshit Harry will always be my favorite and my hero

Treated him as a human - allowed him to make mistakes, be happy, express anger, journey his curiosity and more. I think the character who knew the most was Remus. Remus operated in the spiritual world - allowing himself to experience the full range of emotions. He knew Harry more than himself in a sense.

  • 7:09 I get tears in my eyes every single time I come across Sirius saying "Harry". It's like he wants Harry to know he loves him the most because he says his name when everyone gets quiet, because he wants to toast Harry twice, once with Weasleys and Hermione, and then right after that by his godfather, who's like a father and brother Harry never really had. And you can tell Harry appreciated his name coming from Sirius the most versus when the Weasleys do. Sirius changed because of Harry. He used to be arrogant and rebellious and I think he would've been out and about after Albus told him to stay hidden, but he realizes Harry is his family, the only family he thinks Harry has (Weasleys are too) and he doesn't want to get himself hurt because then Harry won't have another family to come back to during the holidays and after school.

But I will never forget the feelings reading the deathly hallows and then reading the epilogue then a year later going back to reread the epilogue. Harry is one of the most built characters in the last 50 years or so. I can only put this series with 2 other series of works, Game of Thrones and the MCU. Maybe also DBZ but idk, idc really lmao. Snape deserved so many awards yet no one knew that storyline until the very end. Tragic to me because Alan Rickman was amazing! Could always tell he had something up his sleeve but ya just couldnt put your finger on it so you assumed it was anegative until the very end and realized he was Harry's closest ally at Hogwarts the whole time.

Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event. And Harry was kidnapped in the Goblet of Fire and watched Cedric die in front of his eyes and did not comprehend it, then he was tortured by Voldemort and he was alone in that graveyard and almost died and saw the ghosts of his parents that night, After he returned, Dumbledore sent him to his aunt's house all summer, and at the beginning of the fifth book, Dudley said that Harry was moaning in his sleep and having nightmares. he was saying, "Don't kill Cedric, don't kill Cedric, dad come help me he’s going to kill me , mom help me he killed Cedric." Harry himself admitted that his dreams this month were all about that graveyard , and when he returned to Hogwarts he still had nightmares and was moody, irritable and tense, he was really struggling in the fifth book.

His best mate was harry potter who he was also in the shadow of. He still got hated for the rare times he couldn't take it anymore. He also stood up for harry multiple times. An example: when he was eleven he nearly died trying to save harry and Hermione at the chess part. He was only eleven. He is a greatly underappreciated character and gets hate, even though he is one of the most brave and courageous characters in the entire series.

  • I'm honestly sorry for Harry. He did not have a family, a native home where he felt needed, all this was replaced by Hogwarts. His life and destiny were already outlined. They didn't really say anything to him, he was in the dark awaiting his fate. Each year was another test. All his childhood was a game of adult wizards who decided that the prediction of some crazy woman was true. He had no one, he lost his family as soon as he was born. He found out that he had a godfather, and after 2 years he lost him too. This war claimed so many lives, so many important people for Harry. Yet he remained kind, he did not turn to Darkness in the most difficult times, and this is worthy of respect! Harry Potter, we love you for who you are, not as a hero, not as the Boy-Who-Lived. The need for a hero is installed within our souls. And writers, comic book artists, directors have exploited that need for profit. Their is nothing wrong with loving them thou.. But i tell you😭 their is a Real hero who installed that need in your soul in the first place. Jesus christ left his throne in heaven and came to the world he taught he healed people then he was humbled betrayed humiliated killed and on the third day he rose from the dead. As God's sacrifice for our sins. If you humbly honestly pray repent for all your sins(read the10 commandments) and believe/trust that Jesus did all that for you ..You will be saved..Jesus saves you from hell fire🔥.. and gives you eternal life in heaven. This might be the last time you read the gospel..he is coming back soon not as the sacrificed lamb of God🐑 but as the king of the universe🤴 with fire in his eyes🔥. the Judge of all mankind. • I just watched this series for the first time in all my 22 years of living. This series was by far the greatest story I’ve ever seen unfold. I don’t know why I’ve waited this long so watch it. Even as a kid I just didn’t pay any kind to it, but watching it now, as an adult, gave me so much joy. I truly loved it all, every single movie was phenomenal. This edit was a perfect way to wrap it all up after watching it all. Slyfer does it again, never fails to make me cry man 😂.

  • Looking back on it now, as a much older guy, I see the true darkness this story held. This boy was raised from birth, raised from birth, to walk to his own death, and see his friends die by his side on the way. People who stood by his side for years, just cast upon and killed by a single green light. It was this boy's mission, to die. He was looked down upon and raised up by others at the same time, and he never truly got the chance to grow up like others. And everyone who knew and loved him had to let him walk into the darkness. As much as this story is a tourist attraction all over the world, which people buy scarves and popsockets, This story truly means something, and is always one of my favourite stories I can walk the journey on.

  • Finishing this video gave me the same taste of when I walked out of the cinema after Deathly Hallows Part 2. The first part was such a great introduction for this video, Harry's hardships, his relationship with Voldemort and the weight he carries on his shoulder. I have been trying to write something about this first part for the past 10 minutes, your editing is just as clean as it can be. That Voldemort speech at the beginning gave such a chilling feeling. I have never ever seen in all my 22 years of existence a Harry Potter action part that godly. That third part... that third part with him going to his wand and fighting Voldemort with the flashbacks of his friends with this music behind it is something else. I feel like you have outdone yourself on this video by making it completely new to everything we've every seen for this series. Using the fight to bring nostalgia into the last part was so original and so well made. This entire video felt very new and I felt like it gave justice to a childhood hero. There is no amount of compliments I could give you after this that would be enough, emotions, heartbreaks, friendship, epicness, everything was in there. Slyfer, king of emotions, plus Harry Potter, our childhoods was a perfect combination. Thank you ! 💕

  • i honestly dont understand how people feel bad for malfoy more then harry.. harry has gone through so,so much. hes always just been under estimated as this over rated character who seeks for attention but everybody is wrong. he wishes he wasnt him self sometimes he feels its his fault so many people have died and he will die for anybody even if they have done something extremely bad, for example that day in the order of phoenix when harry said ,"Youll never know love or friendship.. and i feel sorry for you" he said that to him even while he was in horrible pain. he is not over ratted so u guys know. he is a strong amazing kind loving character. Edit: I did not try to compare there traumas and say "wHo HAd iT WoRsE." I was simply trying to show others that no body really sympathizes Harry. They mostly feel bad for Harry. On every single dam video i see i see more than 20 comments saying "hARrY cOulD nEvER comPaRE" "DRaCo dESETVES MoRE LOvE." iT just pisses me off so much. You may get offended all u want but go ahead. They are not treated equally. I was not comparing any traumas because that is just plain up stupid if i did that. I did not have any intentions to offend anybody. I am truly sorry.

That was all the first book. I could go on and on and on. Harry Potter had a terrible fate, because of some dumb destiny telling. This fate could've been Neville's. He lived because of the love of his mother. He had to grow up real quick. Harry is my favorite character. He literally has flaws and good character traits. He is Harry Potter.
