I’ve been using that exact headset for a while now and honestly by far the best headset I’ve owned, I have used iCUE for all of my Corsair equipment but only for the light features. From watching this video it’s helped me navigate so some other features that I wasn’t aware of. Awesome walkthrough, and thank you for making this video!!

May you can explain, how I activate a custom profile? I added a profile and set it up. But after I select the profile and click with the mouse into another window, the standard profile is activated again...

I have a question, can you connect headset using usb cable? cuz I connect it but it seems not useful and I cannot update the firmware
I've had my corsair void pro's for a couple years or so, and I recommend them as well.
I love em !!! Man clear chat mode is working great for footsteps in warzone even though it sounds a little wierd I'm going to manually dial in my EQ to see if I can get it even better

I have the Corsair Void Elite Stereo 3.5mm. Not showing up in ICUE. Sounds in game sound kinda muffled and been trying to fix it.
mines runs on v.02 rn too but it shows that v.08 update is available. Not sure if its just me but never seems to update

what does the 34 level do? what does the 64 level do? what does the 16K level do? this is what we want, it doesnt make any sense and i have no idea what im turning up or down when im trying to sort it
Would like your opinion, but which do you think sounds better, using ICUE's 7.1 Surround Sound or switching it to Windows Sonic for Headphones? Corsair recommends using Windows' Spatial Sound Format, but I don't like how it takes away some of ICUE's settings. Would like to know which you think is better for gaming surround sound.
I did not like windows spatial either i run defualt windows settings with icue
Thank you so much, I was trying to figure it why my headset sounded worse than before. Turns out Windows Sonic got turned somehow for me.
Mabe you change headphone or find out, but when enable some EQ profile, then you can change trough that via button on volume knob at headphones with one press.

@@DracoRay I thought he had a problem loading from the setup disk. Me too. I cannot get the install mini-cd to work. WIN 10 did the setup for me. Any help and I do not troll. Trolling makes no sense to me. Can the volume, of just the messages, be adjusted. When she talks, I jump. Have the same problem with my wife.

I have downloaded the newest ICUE software but my RGB led does not change when i click on "Lightning effects" how come? i updated my Headset to the newest firmware, it is only lighting Red led.

How to turn off mic feedback at icue?
Any recommendation for quiet mic issues? I bought the Void RGB Elite Wireless from Gamestop yesterday Mic Volume setting is high everywhere but whether it's on Windows its self (which only heard 7% normally or 55% if I'm eating the mic) or Discord which I was told by friend I was super quiet. The only thing that DID work was when i went on google and there was a reddit post to use Equalizer APO and after trying that my friends could hear me on discord just fine, which confirms the issue is Software Related. It's a shame I have to go into 3rd Party Route for something that should be a simple plug n play. 😕

When I turn off all of the RGB lights, somehow my red mic light stays on, this is going to drain my battery as well, so how turn that off?
can you save any EQ profile changes and lighting changes to the usb so when you connect it to a ps5 for example, the settings will carry over? because when i set everything on my laptop, the settings dont carry over to when i plug it into my PS5

can we get a custom firmware that will enable sidetone / other features on ps5? The headset is great, I loved it on my PC, and the audio quality is good on ps5, not nearly as loud as PC, and without the features like sidetone. It has me fearing that I need another headset for ps5.

i use a "clear chat" in icue and adjust from there i also use high boost in game
hello bro, I don't know if it happens to you that the microphone of these helmets has told you that you are heard very low, I have already done different types of tests on different platforms and various configurations that are supposed to increase the volume of the microphone, but until now any. also heard like little crackles in the sound, either listening to music playing. Do you think it's a factory fault and should I refund it?
Exchange it , sounds like a bad headset or wireless module

Its probably set to stereo in windows sound settings or in the icue software . Change everything to 7.1 and check in game settings too

This desynced my headset from its USB device and it wont resync.

My iCUE Software does not recognize my Corsair headset void Elite.
do you have to have the i cue software open for the 7.1 and the EQ presets to work or can you complete close it

Overnight it charges fine on a 5v 1amp, even quicker on quick charge adapter outlet power 2.0 amp
I’ve got a voice that says "mic on" and "mic off" when i mute the mic how do i put it back to do the cool sound?
It depends what version you have the old firmware says that and the new firmware just has a beep
@@DracoRay i solved it, it was actually irritating to hear "mic off" every 3 seconds xd

@@DracoRay you go to ICUE and in the settings when you go to the headphones there is an option to put it down and so it makes the beep sound

im not happy with my corsair void elite because the software equalizer does not work and i cant turn off the colour and i had never a problem with the old logitech

I've had this headset for 3 hrs and idk about it yet for Escape From Tarkov footsteps they're really quiet and I'd love to be able to hear them better and idk what the best EQ setting or settings would be either.

Tried the software with my corsair rgb wireless headset and it messed up my volume settings to where I couldn't even adjust the volume with the lever like I use to. I uninstalled the software and now my headset works just fine. I will never download this software again.

You need to set your own profile and then set that profile as default.
How to connect wireless using the transmitter to Iphone?
