"We won't leave": Gazans shelter al-Shifa hospital despite Israeli evacuation order
Thousands of Palestinians are taking shelter at al-Shifa hospital, the Gaza Strip’s biggest medical centre, that has recently received evacuation orders from Israel.
But the displaced Gazans say they have nowhere else to go, and they are not planning on leaving.
"This is what is normal for us now. The threats do not frighten us, let them launch airstrikes as much as they want," Mohammed Maarouf said.
They roam the area surrounding the hospital, with tents housing families from various parts of Gaza. Food and clothes stalls have been set up around the hospital.
The Israeli military accused Hamas on Oct. 27 of using the main hospital in Gaza as a shield for its tunnels and operational centres.

Stop getting your information from this organization. All titles of videos about Gaza or isreal are all always formulated to show a negative image of the Palestinian. People can check for themselves. Titles are biased and videos have minimum analysis. The second thing that brought me to unsubscribe is the fact that they fired a Palestinian journalist for a post in social media defending her people. It seems they rejected the Palestinian cause and didn't even acknowledge their own colleague's suffering.
