  • My favourite part about this fight is how andy realized he cant throw first so after he got hurt he made adjustments. He went it there wanting to show of his improvements but swallowed his pride and waited for chris to throw his shots so he could counter them.

    • @@route222FAQ you ever heard of rehydration? The weight you weigh in at is not the same weight you fight at . Example, you remember when Conor was fighting Aldo how he looked at the weigh in ? He looked like bones …. But the next day he rehydrated he looked regular . That’s why In boxing some fights have a rehydration clause , so the bigger fighter won’t get too big on fight night .

  • Amazing heart from both men. And the respect and cameraderie among them is very exceptional....at times where either could have done smth questionable, they instead stepped back and let the opponent recoup. Real sportsmanship beats any fight hyped, and executed, in a nasty way.

    • Yea it was but 118-100 and 117-111 what fight were those judges watching. First off he had a 10-8 round from the knockdown and he won at least the 2nd and 3rd round. I give Ruiz credit for keeping head and making the adjustments but he didn’t win every single round from the 4th on. This is why I hate boxing especially PBC events the judges are always so bias.

    • He's a counter puncher who decided to be extremely aggressive and did it without any head movement. If they didn't adjust him after the 4th, he would have lost. This was especially a fight to see where they were, now they've got a direction of things to work on. But really improved, no. I look forward to seeing the actual improvement that will come from addressing this fight.

There was this big fight in the stands between like 15 people for who knows what reason. Definitely a fun night.
