  • You need to find an excavator mulcher guy so you can sub out work you can't do but still make money on it. I try to have a guy for every job I can't do so I never have to turn down the work

Most properties have utilities, wells, etc., noted on property survey documents right. You would think HOA would have pertinent info need when hiring any business for specific jobs. God Bless you for a job well done

I think a big hit for u would b to mount ur cam on the roof of the bob cat with the mulcher head just at the bottom of the cam screen that way we can see what ur driving into and what ur mulching pretty much from ur point of view and I bet ur subscribers will go up a tremendous amount, coz right now we don’t get to c much of what’s going on, and maybe for a different view from that on the arm of the bobcat for when it’s going up and down into the brush as well. Just some food for thought to make it more interesting for us viewers. Give it a try and c what happens 😉🤙🇦🇺. Nice job tho

  • Great job man. Just found your videos. I have a couple questions if you don't mind. Is it hard finding consistent work or pretty much seasonal? Also, do you get to keep any larger trees you may need to cut and have a chance to haul them to a mill nearby or does that money go back to the customer? Keep up the awesome work

    @deegmoss260@deegmoss2609 ай бұрын
    • It’s definitely seasonal. But you can always put in contracts with line companies and silt fence installers, that’s steady work for sure. If I fell any trees I ask if they want them removed. If they say so I’ll just take them. Just make sure you have it contractually written down. Thanks a lot and thank you for watching.

    @NimblyJimbly@NimblyJimbly Жыл бұрын
    • 2500 duramax, with a 22k pound tow capacity 25 and 5 dove tail gooseneck. The duramax pulls fine. It’s just not enough brake for the machine. I would suggest a single axle dump truck with a pintle hitch trailer with the same specs as my gooseneck. Hope this helps.

  • Your choices with kudzu are limited. Fire, digging it out or maybe some goats to keep it at bay. The goal is to exhaust its carbohydrate supply from its root ball to kill it. Herbicides are generally ineffective due to price and how much you need to apply to keep it killed back. I spray for Class 1 railroads and in the south kudzu is an absolute beast in some remote stretches of rail.

    @Star_Gazer_77@Star_Gazer_77 Жыл бұрын
    • That took around 6 hours with the breakdowns and maintenance! Price depends on the job! Right now I charge around $200 an hour for the mulcher. I usually negotiate a daily rate with the customer and try to make sure the price is fair. That dollar amount per hour is the going rate around here and usually separates the serious customers from the tire kickers. Hope that helps.

You Butt is in the seat for 24 hrs straight or more. Just a note. You could have done the same thing with the kudzu using a 6’ bush hog brand model #406 cutter mounted to a 75hp 4WD 7520 Mahindra tractor with equipment cost of +/- $25,000 or less. And it’s a lot easier to repair when you damage it vs. your $100,000 plus set up.
