People have been injured and damaged. We have not been given the truth for three years. I understand that science takes time, but we were told that everything was safe and effective and we were lied to… Positively lied to. Thank you for stepping up Dr. again bravo.

    • Molecular mimicry of the receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein: from the interaction of spike-specific antibodies with transferrin and lactoferrin to the … AV Sokolov, IN Isakova-Sivak, DA Mezhenskaya, VA Kostevich, NP Gorbunov, A Yu Elizarova, VA Matyushenko, Yu M Berson, NA Grudinina, NN Kolmakov, YA Zabrodskaya, AS Komlev, IV Semak, AI Budevich, LG Rudenko, VB Vasilyev BioMetals, 1-26, 2022 The pathogenesis of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection involves dysregulations of iron metabolism, and although the mechanism of this pathology is not yet fully understood, correction of iron metabolism pathways seems a promising pharmacological target. The previously observed effect of inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 infection by ferristatin II, an inducer of transferrin receptor 1 (TfR1) degradation, prompted the study of competition between Spike protein and TfR1 ligands, especially lactoferrin (Lf) and transferrin (Tf). We hypothesized molecular mimicry of Spike protein as cross-reactivity of Spike-specific antibodies with Tf and Lf. Thus, strong positive correlations (R2 > 0.95) were found between the level of Spike-specific IgG antibodies present in serum samples of COVID-19-recovered and Sputnik V-vaccinated individuals and their Tf-binding activity assayed with peroxidase-labeled anti-Tf. In addition, we observed cross-reactivity of Lf-specific murine monoclonal antibody (mAb) towards the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein. On the other hand, the interaction of mAbs produced to the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the Spike protein with recombinant RBD protein was disrupted by Tf, Lf, soluble TfR1, anti-TfR1 aptamer, as well as by peptides RGD and GHAIYPRH. Furthermore, direct interaction of RBD protein with Lf, but not Tf, was observed, with affinity of binding estimated by KD to be 23 nM and 16 nM for apo-Lf and holo-Lf, respectively. Treatment of Vero E6 cells with apo-Lf and holo-Lf (1-4 mg/mL) significantly inhibited SARS-CoV-2 replication of both Wuhan and Delta lineages. Protective effects of Lf on different arms of SARS-CoV-2-induced pathogenesis and possible consequences of cross-reactivity of Spike-specific antibodies are discussed. Iron dysregulation in COVID‐19 and reciprocal evolution of SARS‐CoV‐2: Natura nihil frustra facit Yash Gupta, Dawid Maciorowski, Brian Medernach, Daniel P Becker, Ravi Durvasula, Claudia R Libertin, Prakasha Kempaiah Journal of cellular biochemistry 123 (3), 601-619, 2022 After more than a year of the COVID‐19 pandemic, SARS‐CoV‐2 infection rates with newer variants continue to devastate much of the world. Global healthcare systems are overwhelmed with high positive patient numbers. Silent hypoxia accompanied by rapid deterioration and some cases with septic shock is responsible for COVID‐19 mortality in many hospitalized patients. There is an urgent need to further understand the relationships and interplay with human host components during pathogenesis and immune evasion strategies. Currently, acquired immunity through vaccination or prior infection usually provides sufficient protection against the emerging variants of SARS‐CoV‐2 except Omicron variant requiring recent booster. New strains have shown higher viral loads and greater transmissibility with more severe disease presentations. Notably, COVID‐19 has a peculiar prognosis in severe patients with iron dysregulation and hypoxia which is still poorly understood. Studies have shown abnormally low serum iron levels in severe infection but a high iron overload in lung fibrotic tissue. Data from our in‐silico structural analysis of the spike protein sequence along with host proteolysis processing suggests that the viral spike protein fragment mimics Hepcidin and is resistant to the major human proteases. This functional spike‐derived peptide dubbed “Covidin” thus may be intricately involved with host ferroportin binding and internalization leading to dysregulated host iron metabolism. Here, we propose the possible role of this potentially allogenic mimetic hormone corresponding to severe COVID‐19 immunopathology and illustrate that this molecular mimicry is responsible for a major pathway associated with severe disease status. Furthermore, through 3D molecular modeling and docking followed by MD simulation validation, we have unraveled the likely role of Covidin in iron dysregulation in COVID‐19 patients. Our meta‐analysis suggests the Hepcidin mimetic mechanism is highly conserved among its host range as well as among all new variants to date including Omicron. Extensive analysis of current mutations revealed that new variants are becoming alarmingly more resistant to selective human proteases associated with host defense. Maibe is possible to make a video on iron overload, iron/vit A/copper homeostasis? And spike hepcidin molecular mimicry? Thank you!

My friend who is a doctor of chiropractic medicine sent me an article about the shedding of a freshly vaccinated person can cause blood blisters on the interior of non vaccinated people. • Thank you for this most interesting series - though sometimes, I ruefully confess, the science speak hurt my head! But, I can now string together a reasonably coherent explanation of exosomes and their possible exhalation and effect in relation to covid 19. But isnt it a acarey, and extraordinary, thing, when scientists at large are reluctant to investigate a phenomenon even when curious about it and it lies begging. Surely, the absence of research is problematic and calls trust into question. Ah well, with the plethora of retractions and fraud in medical science reported over the past decade, why would a simple layperson like me hold much trust anyway? I appreciate your communication style - how you vicariously bring an element of fresh air to these conversations. And what a great smile - may you be able to get out hiking into the great outdoors, to a great old age.

  • Summary @ 22:50 Reminder: Exosomes are messenger particles that release naturally from a cell. These particles are responsible for cell-to-cell communication. Exosomes carry genetic information and proteins to cells throughout your body, creating paths for communication between cells.

    @Mrbeansadog@Mrbeansadog Жыл бұрын
    • You are correct. Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles that are naturally released by cells as a means of intercellular communication. They contain various biomolecules, including genetic material (such as RNA) and proteins. Exosomes play important roles in cell signaling, immune response modulation, and the transfer of information between cells. By carrying genetic information and proteins, exosomes can transmit signals and molecules to neighboring or distant cells, influencing their behavior and function. This communication mechanism allows cells to coordinate and respond to changes in their environment, regulate tissue homeostasis, and participate in various physiological processes. Thank you for highlighting the essential role of exosomes in cell-to-cell communication.

    • I agree that that is an excellent characterization of exosomes - as good diplomats. I like that a lot. I would only add that the good diplomat function is their only function. There is no variability in their function as individual exosomes, although the more of the same exosomes there are, the more the diplomacy is amplified. There is, however, variability in how the cell responds to the diplomacy, and that variability is based on a combination of the relevance (to the cell) of the diplomacy along with the amplitude (exosomal count).

I got sick and never got better, just slowly kept getting worse. I do have hypo thyroid run in the family, that was probably on the way down when i caught covid. I was a 230 lb strength trainer, 4 years in the marine corps as a infantryman, always in great shape, eat right etc (2 and a half years later im 175 lbs and can't get hungry without smoking cannabis. I am unvaccinated. I had horrid inflammation in my back for months then headaches that felt like they could kill on a few nights, then i couldnt stand up, dizziness, high blood pressure. This all escalates for a year and a half until i started taking NAC a simple supplement. That fixed the blood pressure and dizzyness stuff but i still have to take it every day and i cant lift anymore or drive(feels like my muscles dont want to work). recovery has been super slow and it does feel like damaged mitochondrial issues (lack of energy). When i finally got a hospital to do more than just send me to physical therapy, my white blood cell count was low enough, they gave me a AIDS test. turns out hypo thyroid, but that is slow and over time, this hit me and i never really recovered. @labrosborovas1233@labrosborovas1233 Жыл бұрын
    • Individuals who are immunocompromised, such as those who have undergone organ transplantation and are on immunosuppressive medications, may have a reduced ability to mount a robust immune response to vaccines, including mRNA vaccines. While it is still possible for some immunocompromised individuals to produce antibodies after receiving an mRNA vaccine, the response may be weaker or less durable compared to individuals with a fully functional immune system. It's important to note that the level of immune response can vary among immunocompromised individuals depending on factors such as the specific medications being taken, the degree of immunosuppression, and individual variations in immune function. For immunocompromised individuals, it is advisable to consult with their healthcare provider or transplant specialist who can provide personalized guidance on vaccination

  • Ok, so if it's not unreasonable to think that shedding can occur through breathing, then it is also not unreasonable to think that shedding would occur in the exchange of body fluids...? If this is not unreasonable, then it is worrying for unvaccinated vs vaccinated people "casually" hooking up, or even looking for a life partner. We also reasonably see statistically that the vaccine has altered ladies cycles with no clear explanation yet on the first year post vaccination (no matter their age), and we don't know yet the effects in males reproductive fluids... We also, don't know how long these spike proteins have the potential of staying in our bodies. So this is a BIG question, that not a lot of people are talking about in the scientific community, right? Thanks for this very informative video.

    @lauraa.6884@lauraa.6884 Жыл бұрын
    • Don't know about bodily fluids but yes, it would not be unreasonable to think they would contain exosomes as well, but whether they could contain exosomes with the spike protein is another concept that would have to be confirmed. Also keep in mind that everything has a turn over rate and eventually this material will disappear from either vaccinated individuals or those who were naturally infected. While the immune system might be programmed for good, the programming material (the spike protein) eventually disappears

Im wondering if Dr Stefano Scoglio has good points when he issues two challenges: 1) isolate the spike protein from the blood using specific machines designed to do this, not indirectly using antibodies, and 2) when you do an antibody test, test it against say 5 different toxins and see how it responds to each as a kind of control, the idea being that antibodies are quite universal with really only 5 types. He explains this in a bit more detail in an interview with Torsten Englebrecht which can be found on rumble. It is slightly dated but how would you respond to his criticism of current scientific methodology in this field?

  • @Dr Razek . I think I caught covid in 2021 when visiting my mother in another state. She had had the vaccines, and i was cleaning after her, washing and scrubbing her personal garments by hand, a lot of personal contact. I believe i got it from her and those around her that were vaxed by the shedding. When will someone take notice of that and research that. it’s probably too late at this point. They keep changing what’s in them and i understand certain batches are different and were harmful. No Dr would listen to me. I got very sick.

    • @@Merogenomics thanks for the quick reply. All this is very valuable information and I do appreciate your videos. As an unvaxxed male I now have worries about dating 😅. Heard some disturbing stories about unvax females and Vax males... but no studies. I'm terms of shedding via exosomes it does somewhat fall in line with Geert Vanden Bosche. He suggested that the unvaccinated will keep developing their immune response by way of association with vaccinated.

    • @@wh4843my feeling is that direct shedding of the synthetic exosomal bioweapon would be minimal and happen within the first week as they're just not that stable. Some of the natural exosomes produced by the vaxxed themselves in response to the synthetic ones, would of course become exogenous, free-floating exosomes - would become part of the global "virome" as Zach Bush calls it. I'm married but if I was dating a vaxxed woman I'd only do so if she regretted her decision, and for the right reason (meaning something other than regret over an adverse reaction), but that's a personal preference. I wouldn't worry about the health implications to me because exosomes, no matter the message they're delivering, are always good diplomats as was so well put up thread. Human exosomes are pure information about the human ecology around us, so that's good information to have. If our body should react symptomatically to exosomes, then so much the better because clinical symptoms are just signs that our body is in healing mode, and that's when the pure genetic information carried by the good diplomats reaches our conscious mind in order that we might connect our symptoms with whatever damaging events it was that caused our need for the healing.

    • @@Merogenomics And yet, there are reports that spike proteins are in mother's milk, so I would presume that other body fluids also carry it. No one wants to bring this news to the public though, for various reasons.

      @minerva7217@minerva7217 Жыл бұрын
    • @@Merogenomics Definitely, I wouldn't doubt there is no research done on it because it's quite an intimate activity and on a controversial topic. However, considering it is a lipid nano particle which can enter the blood stream even if correctly administered intravenously and therefore circulate around the body I would reason that it could potentially transmit through areas where the blood vessels are in close proximity and since there is a large volume of blood in contact with surface area for a prolonged? duration there could be potential. Although, it is very unlikely to occur after a period of time as the lipid shells will enter local cells and therefore will render this medium unviable. A easier way to test for this would be having a volume of blood circulating with the lipid coated mRNA with a layer of skin of approximate thickness against another layer of skin with another circulating volume of blood. This would merely show if it is if at all possible but not a great proxy for likelihood. TL;DR: It's nigh improbable but unaccounted for.

    • Remember we are discussing hypothetical material. The doctor is going by what is a current accepted belief which is guided by concrete evidence only. Where we go wrong is that we use lack of evidence as proof of non-existence which is incorrect, so we often can fool our own beliefs. Such as believing this is impossible as opposed to believing it could be possible because we do not have any evidence proving any side of the argument. Super common problem how science is accidentally misused and it is very difficult to avoid
