There's a ziptie like rope basically around the birds throat. That doesn't let it swallow bigger fish. But the birds or really well feed. They don't stop eating tho lol. I was around these birds before but some or a little ruff to them

bro..they are not feeding the bird..look closely at the tie which is around that bird neck..so that when the bird catch a big fish he cant eat it and they take it from his mouth and give a very tiny fish to that bird and leave it again in water... these people are bastards...
