Back in 2022 the Dye’s joined us on safari for their first taste of Africa. From day one we hit it off with this dynamic father and son duo, seeing them return in 2023.
This time Craig and Hunter once again teamed up with PH Carl van Zyl, Cameraman GJ, Tracker David, and Terriers Flash and Boots. Together they started their pursuit of Plains Game and Cape Buffalo in the south before heading to our Tribal Region for a number of spirals. From there the hunters continued further west exploring into the Great Karoo.
There were many memorable moments from Hunters 1st Cape Buffalo to Craig’s incredible Red Lechwe and much more in between. Don’t miss Hunters gigantic Kudu or the opportunity of seeing Flash work his magic from a birds eye view never before seen footage.

Great hunt as always...I just wish you`d inform your American guests that all that weird and wonderful camo gear that they use over in the US doesn`t work at all in the African bushveld...any hint of black stands out like a sore thumb (don`t believe me? do an internet search for pics of SA camo used in days gone by and find me any black used in it), get some old SADF Nutria Brown kit (still cheap and available online in most western countries) and have done with it...SAP Pattern 2 or Rhoodesian Brushstroke also work beautifully out in that environment... Camo Nerd here...🤣🤣🤣
Boddington says the 375 h and h is marginal on buffalo. A 460 Weatherby would have pulverized him.
Everybody needs a 30 mm diameter tactical scope. How can you shoot a 1/2 a mile away with a 6.5 creedmore if you don't have one of those.
It drives me nuts when they don't say what caliber rifle they're using.
