Timelapse of Future Technology 2 (Sci-Fi Documentary)

2023 ж. 22 Жел.
895 576 Рет қаралды

This timelapse of future technology begins with 2 Starships, launched to resupply the International Space Station. But how far into the future do you want to go?
Tesla Bots will be sent to work on the Moon, and A.I. chat bots will guide people into dreams that they can control (lucid dreams). And what happens when humanity forms a deeper understanding of dark energy, worm holes, and black holes. What type of new technologies could this advanced knowledge develop? Could SpaceX launch 100 Artificial Intelligence Starships, spread across our Solar System and beyond into Interstellar space, working together to form a cosmic internet, creating the Encyclopedia of the Galaxy. Could Einstein’s equations lead to technologies in teleportation, and laboratory grown black holes.
Other topics covered in this sci-fi documentary video include: the building of super projects made possible by advancing fusion energy, the possibilities of brain chips, new age space technology and spacecraft such as a hover bike developed for the Moon in 2050, Mars colonization, and technology predictions based on black holes, biotechnology, and when will humanity become a Kardashev Type 1, and then Type 2 Civilization.

  • The grand journey into the future, but how far do you want to go? Some personal inspiration for making this video came from: Carl Sagan's Cosmos (Encyclopedia Galactica), the movie Contact, works by Brian Cox, and the tv shows Westworld and The Expanse. New Project: This is something I've wanted to start for a number of years, creating an Encyclopedia of the Future. A collection of entries, defining future technology in the areas of space habitation, space engineering, biotechnology, cyber society, A.I. robotics, regenerative medicine, and much more. The first volume contains 31 entries with illustrations. It is a large ongoing project, with additional volumes to be published that will complete the final Encyclopedia. It is available on my Patreon here: www.patreon.com/venturecity

    • 9:15 I think you underestimate the speed, money and enthusiasm of anti-aging companies and their billionaire sponsors. There is no way we'll reach LEV by 2065. More like 2035 (or even 2030). To quote one anti-aging scientists "People figured out that it's not a win to be the richest resident in the cemetery."

    • Wow, however you imagine these things, i was thinking that you should write a proper scifi series based on these videos and inspirations, especially this video. This video can be a summary of the whole series as in the tech and expectations etc. Each season can immerse us into a few years of progress and we have stories and characters within those years, driving the progress. Take a cue from what is happening today, expand and use that as base of the story telling. This can span over 20 seasons if done right. 😊 I love watching sci-fi for the very content you put in these videos and the only missing thing here is characters and stories attached to the imagination. I clapped my hands when I got to astroid sculpting 😂, this is new to me and this could really really leave viewers in awe if attached to stories.

I was able to witness genetic manipulation, the microchip and home computers, space exploration, and the internet and instant telecommunications. The desire to witness even more is tempting, but the knowledge overload and cultural disorientation becomes distressing. A single life can tolerate only so much change. Soon changes will occur faster than our ability to adapt.

    @aliensoup2420@aliensoup24204 ай бұрын
    • Exactly, that's why we need AGI and superintelligence to handle all that , we will only be spoon-fed on the pros of all the advancements, and who know maybe we alter ourselves to be able to withstand all the changes. , but this is all ofcourse extremely unlikely, not even sure

  • okay, one thing i have to criticise is the lacking understanding on how science works (not saying its not understood, obviously this has to be optimistic, so it could be a stylistic choice.) Our understanding of dark energy, dark matter and and worm holes wont progress that much till 2033. There are currently no Theories, that suggest any easy way to experimantally proof any of this concepts, even if there would be new theories being published tomorrow, you would need more than 10 years to build the machines needed for such experiments, and the experiments would than still have to be conducted

Unfortunately, on most things they were quite wrong. I think for long range predictions we need to clean up what we are as a species, otherwise the future will be punctuated mainly by major and minor wars and development will be better and better weapons.

  • Awesome content!! I would love to see vid on how AI will help humans to explore more about the spritual side of human beings , about consciousness, is there really anything like collective consciousness n every one is connected? What happens after death like people with NDE experince report about life review and collective consciousness.

  • I believe I have grown up in the best time. In my low 60,s I have seen technology take its biggest leap. Wall phones to cell phones with a computer built in. Seen many pics of Mars and the universe in great detail. Human landing on the moon. The 70,s and 80,s is when people really worked together on a social level. Yes there was bad too. But more good at any level. If we survive our on going social suicide then the future will have much to offer. I think we will never see a time again where humans will be socially happy as we did in our time. Tech gives and takes away.

The prospect of transferring one's complete personality, memories intact, to a chosen body is captivating. Just envision the ability to collaborate with a consultant to craft not only your next physical form but also its psychological capacities.
