And for something as complex as a thought of a picture for example (that in itself is a mix of all different kind of objects) the decorder has to know so much, that i have no idea how one would calibrate that system. But yeah, maybe with quantum computers, better neural acitvity detectors, advanced machine learning and Big data, it may be possible. I would record my dreams lol. But to be honest we are all better off if no one had that technology...

Yes this is true, but this tech has many advantages just as it has disadvantages I can see robotics arms working like how you see them in the movies, rather than what be have now. Primates are very confident; once they know how to do something they will do it quickly and likely without error. You can see there’s pretty much no hesitation when they perform an action. If you got a monkey to understand the mechanics of Dark Souls, you could theoretically get it to reliably beat a boss assuming the exact same setup each time.

The idea of microchips in the brain is pretty scary, but in the case of using it for paralysed people to use a computer is a very good idea, I’m personally more afraid of paralysis than death, to be trapped in my own body unable to do anything. I’m a gamer with this kind of technology if I was a quadriplegic I could play my games and mentally escape my body

I think it's very naive to be so optimistic about new technologies such as this. For decades government has been obsessed with controling the human mind, or creating super soldiers, for security purposes. I am actually learning from Pager how to play this game better; like for instance, I now know that I can still block & return the ball using only the ends and not necessarily only the centre.
Is this using live signals for him to play the game on real time or did they just analyze all the data then create their own artificial intelligence in order to play the game? Looks like the latter to me. Would be really impressed if it's all done live as that would be very fast/almost instant.
