Don Robbie is literally one of the most down to earth dudes around how anyone can think he’d be that arrogant is on one honestly
It was obvious he was hinting to Thogden through his agent he doesn't do free work. Which is fine. Robbie has the right to turn down gigs like Thogden's. But Thogden is also free to say what he thinks of Robbie turning him down. Not a big deal. After that, Thogden knew what Robbie was about and neither of them are going to work together again.

I thought what I was referring to was obvious so why are you deliberately twisting my words and changing the subject? Once again, I said there was nothing wrong about asking for a fee.

Thogden is the stereotype of a KZheadr. If he had a catchphrase, he would use it in every sentence. If he had a brand deal, you know he'd shove it down your throat. At one point his dad did a "reverse prank" (seriously called it that) to get him to like 45k followers on Twitter. He's tried to start beef with one of the big names in Football KZhead because the drama will get him more subs. Don't be shocked if he tries to start beef with another big KZheadr in the near future.

Robbie mentions that in the messages there was something like "he's got a lot of paid work stuff he's doing" From a young person's POV, it's very easy to just skim read and I reckon he's taking that and assumed it meant that Robbie would only do paid work.

I've been watching Robbie Lyle ever since he started his channel, he's NEVER been an arsehole to anyone, he's never acted like the big 'I am' and he's often helped channels get off the ground. Loads of other channels have spawned from AFTV so he should be proud of his achievements.
