Hello Friends!
I will show you how to create a simple and accurate Benchtop Jointer.
It is a smart way to make use of the electric blender's reference surface (assets).
jisaku-koubou.com/downloads/b...
【Plan List】
jsk-koubou.stores.jp/
There are many ideas such as flattening the surface, two usages, angle adjustment table, attaching and detaching the electric blender with one bolt.
This idea will be useful for your manufacturing.

  • I'm not in the habit of giving compliments to other tradesmen, but I've got to make an acceptation of you. I've been a carpenter all my life. 4 th generation and I'm 60. A lifetime of woodworking, building tools because sometime I couldn't afford to go out and buy one, or they didn't make what I needed. You Sir have blown my mind at your genius, creative, mind blowing expert craftsmanship. Good for you Sir.

I have manufacturer's versions of these tools in my shop but I can honestly say that I don't believe they are any better and in some ways not as good as what you have made. You, sir, are a genius and I salute you!

  • 7/31/2020 USA Grandpa Bill: I'm watching two of the world's most sensitively artistic hands describe in wood the creations of fine intelligence. The precision of movement, the carefully thought out demonstrations to the viewer in meditative silence speak of a soul melded to his craft who is emotionally considerate of his audience, a teacher with much wisdom for someone so apparently young. It is a pleasure to watch you work. I am grateful you are on KZhead and sharing with the world your gifts.

  • WOW, I am SO GLAD I have come across this instructional video. I recently purchased an electric planer, I have'nt used it much though due to difficulties getting a good square planing or end up with a planed work piece that ended up thinner at one end than the other lol. Anyway THIS is just what I need. NOT ONLY is this a GREAT piece of work but the video production here is EXCELLENT. Totally captivating. Such clear, calm, patient depiction of attention to detail made me think as I was watching this video "this is how a how-to-video SHOULD be done". THANK YOU for this great piece of work and THANK YOU for such a great video of how to do it. By the way I LOVE the way that the work piece can be held at a precise angle so as to create a planed bevel. Marvellous. (now I can make my gazebo style bird house roof sections with the precise bevels that I need).

  • Very impressive design. So, I got the plan downloaded and made one for myself. It works well. I made two alterations. Instead of the epoxy compound that you used to support the planer, I used cup shaped struts fixed to the piece (where you used two wood screws to anchor the epoxy.) The struts were made easily by cutting a hole on a square piece of plywood and dividing it in the middle. Similarly, at the front, I used two obtuse angled triangles. I encountered another problem. The front of the plane tended to tilt down. So I used another strut piece which was left unglued, because it caused difficulty to turn knob for plane blade adjustment

  • Another "woodworking art form" video! The hand motions tell the tale: gentle, accurate, unhurried, respectful, efficient. Japanese culture recognizes and respects these things. We Americans basically don't get it. This is not to idolize one set of cultural values over another (each has its use); but, it is amazing to see these behaviors reflected in woodworking videos. Also, these videos show tools made with relatively simple hand tools, in a highly efficient shop, in a small (and very clean) space. Very, very refreshing (and instructive).
