KG being himself at all times , you gotta respect that. If you’re from the AI , Kobe , Duncan , Dirk , KG , Pierce, Ray era this interview was definitely for us
Amen. By the way... Steve Nash too lol
@@dharmeshp.5565 yup I need Marbury,T Mac, Vince, Antwain Jamison, Nash, Baron Davis and Zach Randolph to hit this set

Stephen May antawn jamison?? Really bro 😂😂😂 he wasn’t no tmac, Kobe, Duncan, shaq, kg not even in the same convo
AI, Tmac my favorite players growing up. Sadly I was a little kid in the early 90s and missed the Jordan era.
Realest thing I heard ticket Say was “Thank God Shaq was raised right” 😂😂...Imagine Shaq out here with a Ron Artest mentality 😰
He'd get suspended and fined lol. NBA wouldn't stand for him bullying everyone too that extent
He was still a bully but he had respect for certain authority which was the good part, Shaq was very ignorant and threw A LOT of elbows
DGG The FRENDS All bigs threw elbows back then. Karl Malone was one of the best at that.
Facts! Lol
Hell he would have been punching ppl left and right
“Once you can teach something, that’s when you know you have it.” Powerful words by KG 🔥🔥🔥

Every interview that has been done with KG has been big time entertaining. He his off the hook funny and he get into his stories....
STORY TIME! (I hope KG catches wind of this cuz he means a lot to my family) My oldest brother Jamell was a ball boy for the Timberwolves back in the day when it use to be KG and marbury in their prime. He use to come home with shoes and all sorts of cool shit players would give him but the one thing he loved the most was just being cool with the players. I remember after he was done working for them a few years later me and my middle brother and cousin were out at the movies seeing Mr Deeds when it came out in theaters and we noticed this long legged ass dude down towards the bottom row but didn’t think nothing of it and when the movie was over he stood up and we were like whoooo the fuck is that tall ass dude then when we followed behind outside into the light we realized it was KG and we told him who our older brother was and he waited for my mom and oldest brother to pull up so he could speak to them and that was one of the coolest things I’ve seen someone do who was a nba player/celebrity. Idk if he still remembers my family but I hope we can run into each other one day so I can tell him how much we always appreciated him over the years.

No ones scared to be judged by their peers on this show these are respected nba guys and it shows
No white owners telling you how to behave. No insult just the truth. No pc answers. No unatheltic media who never played the game asking loaded questions looking for a story. Straight ball, game recognize game. Simple as that.
When players speak of MJ it kinda explains why hes the GOAT to so many fans of the game.....MJ had confidence beyond measure and skills to match his drive, people felt his confidence and it intimidated so many players and those that weren't intimidated learned that it made him better if you thought you were better, his game raised as needed to WIN at all cost
DGG The FRENDS Facts!!! He intimidated even the biggest of dogs.
@@stephenesmith3157 The players of MJs time never said this.... Only 90s draftedplayers that look up to him. Barkley, Ewing Malone, Magic, Zeke, Bird praised MJ but they never said they were intimidated or scared by MJ. They always took it too him. I dont know where this Intimidation come from... Cleveland, NY, Miami, Indy, Detroit, Boston always brought it to the Bulls
Chaoskae You only mentioned other GOATS. Of course they didn’t fear him.
His comment on Lebron vs Jordan was on point! They both great in two separate circumstances and people! I wish we could just admire both men for their on the court abilities without trying to say which is better
To me that's one part I really loved about this interview. When Stephen asked him what he would change about the game today and he said nothing. 'That's the type of basketball that these kids play. You gotta find the gems outta that.' The game evolves. At the time KG was drafted no one had someone like KG. Now theres a good dozen or so of those players, obviously not at the level KG played. A 7 footer who could play defensive on guards out at the perimeter yet also check PF and Cs. Then you add in his offense game. Consistently able that long deep 2 at the top of the key, but also able to put the ball on the floor and still play bully ball inside. Guys today grew up watching KG Duncan Dirk. The game evolves.
They made KG comfortable and the cussing started😂 best interview

@jerry cruz look at the numbers to make into the league. You have better chances of being a powerball winner than first round draft pick. That locker room should be sacred.
mcq31mc making it to the league still doesn’t mean you’ve made it. Too many guys get to the league, take it for granted, and lose that space just as fast. Just like powerball winners. Getting there is a big step, but it’s still only the first one.
@jerry cruz when he said you earned it he means act like you belong. You earned this shit so go out and show out. You can earn something and lose it. You can also earn something and that means you need to work to keep it. KG saying you earned this shit so own it.
jerry cruz A person who has been a legit CEO (I.e. an actually successful company) does not go back to the mailroom at a new job. LOL. That’s asinine my friend. If you’re a CEO not only is your field executive management, but you have achieved the highest position in your field. You can rest assured that a person like this will have their pick of high ranking managerial executive positions in their job search and even possibly may end up as a CEO somewhere else immediately-depending on their reasons for leaving the company.
