That's a Puddin special right there. He would love that old Datsun. Love the channel, and will be watching!
Puddin never worked like this to get a vehicle out
Yea i was thinking the same thing ole puddin would love to have that old datsun. I was just watching puddins fab shop.
Just watched me some puddin Datsun entertainment. Lol
U.P tinkering what's your location I'm in the 906 also
You know puddin doesn't like that sheet metal work 😉
in 1974 my dad had a brand new bright red 620 I learned to drive a 4 speed in that thing on I 55 in NE Arkansas had a blast driving that thing at 15 years old. glad to see you all rescued it hope you can get it running love your channel keep up the good work
HEY FELLAS just have to give your old man the credit he deserves.I WISH I HAD HALF of the energy he does .Its inspiring!!thank you for a great show. and your hard work.your dads a rock.
this brought back some memories. My Dad bought a 1968 Datsun when I was born. He gave it to me when I was 16, my first vehicle, and of course I was young and dumb, added a Weber carb and ended up slinging a rod through the I think was a 1300, I bought a 510 with a 1600 for 75 bucks from a old lady and put that engine in it. I ended up selling it like alot of cars I wish I still had. Thanks for the memories, enjoy watching you guys rescue these old cars/trucks.
Makes me nostalgic. My first pickup was a white 1977 Datsun 620. Met it's demise tangling with a Catskill Mountain Whitetail buck on a lonely back country road in Delaware Count NY.
I hope there is a Part 2 for this little machine. I had one in High School just before I joined the Army. That was over 30 years ago now. Memories of a disabled veteran, I guess. Find her a good home.
There must definitely be a part two of this D0tsun!
Disabled veteran? That's called karma, boy!
@@richpolecat6527 What is YOUR MAJOR malfunction, BOY??? That's ONE of MY brothers you're HOPEFULLY NOT crackin' wise about. Even tho he's Army, THIS MARINE STILL HAS HIS 6... If so, you mock what you don't understand. To what could be, your peril....
Dad Is a go getter, You Fella’s make a Great Team. A Portable Compressor and a little Rigging, maybe a snatch Block to give more Options and be a help pulling those Old Rigs out of the Woods. Appreciate you having us along, keep It Safe Out There Gentlemen
Nice to see the Datsun being rescued. Where ever that place was, you could have plenty of others to rescue. I would love to see the 50's Chevy rescued from there. Thank you for all of your work and videos.
Agreed. If we could have the location, I'd love to see if one of them which is fixable, be brought to canada for work done on it
Love these 521 series and 620 series Datsun trucks. Wish they would still be made today. Gas is over 5 dollars a gallon now these days.
My dad had a Datsun that exact same color when we moved from West Texas to central. I would not be surprised if that was his truck. I’ll have to ask him about it. You guys are awesome and I love what you do. Keep at it!
Man, that thing was deep back there! But y’all got her! I love that trailer!
Happy to see you guys working on a car again you guys make my day because I want to be a mechanic and now I have a job at a mechanic shop and I'm learning thanks to you guys I love turning wrenches yesterday I put in an engine and a 2015 suburban it was great well God bless you guys your boy Jack from Staten Island
You go young man !
I want to communicate with you, What do you think?
I love that you guys are fixing up old Datsuns. Making me want to work on my 1986 300zx. Then I remember the nightmare vacuum and electrical systems it has.
Datsun were great quality rigs not like the Nissan garbage they make today. 👍 NICE find!!!🙂
I had a 1971 Datsun pickup. Dang thing would always start and run, y’all are awesome 👏🏻 May the good Lord bless your family
That would be a 521 series truck. They are super beautiful in looks to. Wish Nissan would build these little 521 and 620 series trucks again.
I love to see you saving these relics, congratulations and a big hug from Brazil...............
I can imagine that every once in a while, having a side by side that has four wheel drive would certainly come in handy to get into tight spots so y'all can hook up to the vehicle and pull it out to where y'all can get it to the trailer. I just pulled out a 87 Ford 250 4X4 extended cab with one and it was a life saver. Cool, old little DATSUN pee-cup truck. A friend had a brand new one in 76. Fun little thing.
Always wanted a 620, but could never find one. Had two 720s at one point. A boring-looking '83, and "Hyakutake", named after the comet, an '84 4x4, with a lift kit (loved that truck!). Gotta say it again, though... love the cinematography and editing style of the channel. One of the most artistic I've seen.
Love this old Datsun. That was my first truck in high back inn the 1970’s. I learned to drive a stick on that old truck. Hope to see it fixed up.
It'z a joy to see you guy'z restoring this Nostalgia Datsun pickup n thnx a Million for sharing same❤.
You’re not going to have any problems getting this ole girl running! I think this will be one of the easiest ones you rescue! Great job guys!😁
I've always loved these 620s, I also could be caught drooling over that gen 1 Ram 50/Mitsubishi Mighty Max in the beginning of this video, that would be wonderful to see restored!
I had a Datsun in the early 80's. Cool truck that ran great. When I bought it it had huge back tires and wheel which wasn't that great for driving on. I bought all new tires and wheel that looked great. The color was orange with tinted windows and sunroof. 4 speed with overhead cam called the 620. I had the head rebuilt and after I put it back together ran even better.
Good evening restored family, how y’all this fine Texas night .
Just love the poison oak growing all around you, salvaging the Datsun.
love this vid- trees, old datsun, getting old datsun out
Nice Truck I had one of those 620 datsun Tx 4240 you guys are really doing a good job keep it up
My dad had one high these when I was a kid, lots of memories.
Y'all should grab some of those other rigs, they'd make cool revivals. I love that 55 Chevy truck in the intro
I was half expecting the next rescue to be 10ft up in a tree. 😂 Nice rescue on this one. Can’t wait for the startup.
My dad had a 1978 in blue when I was growing up. Loved that truck
Työkaverilla oli tälläinen punainen☺️ käytiin sillä kalassa, kiitos hyvästä videosta👍🇺🇸🇫🇮
Great rescue guys. I hope you bring us all along with the restoration, no matter which direction it takes. God bless you all
Definitely a Classic. Doesn't exist again. Great find.
Nice to see y’all Lance & fam. Looking forward to next video on that Ole Girl. Cheers from Southern California to Bogata, Texas.
From here in South Africa ,I think you guys and girl do a fantastic job .I love watching you do what you do. thanks all
My first car was a red '75. Loved that thing. Still miss it.
Again I love this! I've owned 3 of the vehicles I've seen you guys working on, this exact year Datsun truck, one of the best little trucks I've ever owned! Had to replace the timing chain on it but other than that it was great! Candy apple blue with a little bit of a lowered stance, cool lookin little truck. My first two cars I ever owned were a 56 Chevy Apache, bought it when I was 14 from dish washin and lawn mowin money, wish I still had it, knew then what I know now sorta thing, and my second was the international scout, looked just like the one you guys worked on, tough as nails!
Would love to see yall do a colab with the Datsun king.
Not many Datsun rescues on the tube... Love to see this!
That truck in a king cab was my first vehicle. It took me more places. What cool memories I have of it.
God bless you fellas. Just what I needed to escape the world and live vicariously through your lives for a half hour or so.
Small trucks are awesome. (85 Ranger owner here)
These videos are sooo satisfying to watch. Have done this numerous times years ago rescuing old split window vw busses.
If Puddin can bring these old Datsuns back to life, I know you guys can and will. Looking forward to the will it run video and the clean up vid. :)
Was bout to comment that this is Puddins field. That Datsun belongs to Potcounty BoxTruck mafia fleet 😂
@@werewolfpig114 I wonder if Puddin is far away. If close, he might want to buy it. :)
Bravo gentlemen - 2 chain saws and 2 air tanks!!! Now you are starting to think ahead deeper & save your valuable time. Having the proper tools is imperative for your line of work & this channel's more interesting content. Y'alls mechanical & artistic talent is first class. The only frustration i ever had was the seeming lack of tools & organizing the equipment necessary for each extraction/mechanical upfit. This is a great channel. Excellent production editing and camerawork. (thanks mainly to Christian i suppose!) Y'all keep doing what you are doing. !!
Can't wait to see what is next on the menu.
Datsun Little Truck never die!
Been waiting for a new episode...made my day!
The quality of these videos is amazing! The intro was beautiful! ❤️
Ole Puddin needs that one
Love those old Datsun pickups! My dad had a 77 and it was a great truck. Hope to see more video's on this rescue!

I remember when I was little my neighbor had a black King cab like that this was late 80s early 90s! This is cool brings back my childhood.
These 1977 Datsuns are so cool. I hope you can get this one going again.
Looks like some good Fords out there, that 620 interior is ROUGH!
I really love that old school truck. So would puddens fab shop guy.

Estos amigos norte americanos muy prolijos en su trabajo,me alegro que saquen ese hermoso datsun de alli. Trabajaron mucho han hecho mucha sed se merecen su budweiser bien al polo.
Those men got ❤️ & in glad they saved an rare truck.Need more ppl doing this because someone is looking for these vehicles with an little work they will make good profit or keep.
Good to see you guys again! Been a while. That Datsun brings back memories. A local custom car builder where I lived in the UK in the early 80s built one of those into a chromed and metalflaked show winner with a Ford V6 engine and Jaguar rear suspension, plus a hydraulic tilt bed!
Hey guy another great video sorry I missed the live chat 👍
Glad to see another one eventually I'll start posting the shenanigans I do but for now I will watch you guys continue to grow as a channel good job guys!

Great find. Hope you can rescue that green ford as well. Guys Please check yourself for ticks! Trust me, speaking from experience, they can debilitate you for life and you won't even know why till years later.
I wish they still made that truck!
This car has a powerful engine.Wish you could find cars like this in the jungle in our country .You are blessed people to have such nice cars planted in the bush. Like he originally wheel caps. following all the way from Francistown Botswana Southern Africa.
